24 hour reception very helpful. I arrived at 6:30am, so I had booked the previous night. I advised the hotel of this through booking.com messaging before arrival, they replied they understood and all was fine.
My fear was that they would cancel the booking if I did not check in the day prior as this has happened at other hotels previously. Not an issue here.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Wifi works well.
Heating. I like a room temperature around 20 degrees or colder to sleep comfortably. This room seemed to be stuck around 26 degrees. The heating appears to be non responsive to trying to change the temperature. I contacted reception, they explained air conditioner is disabled in winter, they changed the temperature via the room controller, the same way I had tried but it did not seem to work. In the end I opened the window which helped.

Super clean and lovely staff, able to help me out with our very late booking. Water pressure in shower is exceptional. Best place we stayed at in Korea. We booked in 7pm same night as we ran into an issue with the previous airbnb. Luckily these guys were able to accommodate us immediately and for an amazing deal. It was way better than our previous place and we were very happy with the hotel.

The staff ate Welcoming and they also reply to My questions straight away through the app. I had to book this hotel urgently for one night before My flight back home and luckily there are rooms available. I wasn’t told what was the reason why the room was not available on the day OF My booking, however, the staff are generous enough to upgrade My booking to premium room for free. The room is cozy and clean which is the most important for me when booking a room to stay. Location is great. There are restaurants and convinience store nearby. The busy stop and train station are 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There is also Space to store your luggage before check in amd after check out. Just ask the reception about storing your luggage.
There are soap, shampoo, towels, hairdryer, mini fridge available in the room however, you have to bring your own tooth brush or toothpaste otherwise, you can buy from the reception. You also have to buy your own adaptor to use or I guess you can rent it from the reception.
The hotel is hidden but it is easily to be Found using the NAVER map app.
隅々まで掃除がしてあって清潔感があり、タオルやベッドのシーツも不在の時に新しいものに替えてくれていました！
