If canceled before 7 days prior to arrival, the property will refund the deposit minus a cancellation fee.

Your total charges include all taxes and a $10 per night historic conservation fee. This fee supports maintaining our unique historic Victorian mansion and the Historic Preservation Commission of Santa Cruz, dedicated to maintaining the many historic buildings throughout the City.

Pets are allowed in this property upon request as long as they do not exceed the weight limit of 40 lbs. Please contact the property in advance. Additional fees may apply.

At check-in, guests must present the same credit card that was used to make the reservation.

Group Bookings not allowed which includes more than 2 separate bookings by same guest or more than 3 rooms booked on single reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Absolutely adorable site and great location.

Cons:

It was a little challenging to find the entry door when we got there. Rang the bell at the front door and the front desk person was on his lunch break with air pods- we could see him through the glass . Of course, he should get a break but maybe only one air pod so he can hear. 😉He was lovely when we figured out how to get in.

Did enjoy the Inn, just get a table in the bath!
Pros:

Location, style, welcome, special treats were great.

Cons:

Our big bathroom in room 2 had no table or place to place cosmetics or toiletries. We had to put them on the floor! Plenty of room for a table next to the sink. Also , just one luggage rack for 2 guests.

A welcoming and pleasant place to stay for someone with good knees.
Pros:

Location was very good, staff service was excellent. Hotel was attractively decorated and furnished.

Cons:

Room was rather small, shower temperature very hard to adjust. Too many stairs.

Clean, but not worth the money

Beautiful building, great location for tourists

Cons:

This location just didn’t live up to other Four Sisters properties we have stayed at. It could use some eye to details.

Pros:

The location/position of the hotel is very good with a great view towards Santa Cruz beach.
The rooms are spacious and nicely designed. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

We were in room one which was next to reception and opposite the breakfast room. It was very noisy if people were talking at reception and when breakfast was being prepared first thing in the morning which woke us very early.

Distinctive experience in Santa Cruz
Pros:

Front desk was staffed all day and into the early evening, and the staff was very helpful. We loved the chocolate chip cookies on arrival and thoughtful touches like bottled water in the room. The windows opened and there were blackout shades on them. We also liked the high ceilings and the character of this historic property, which is quite different from the generic, chain hotel rooms in the surrounding area.
