Would no book again, disappointing

Not much, bad choice. It looked good in the photos but very disappointing

Cons:

Damaged walls, dirty feeling to the place. Lounge was old and worn felt dirty. No lamps working. All round disappointed

Comfy bed, good aircon, free all day parking easy to find in surrounding streets

Cons:

“Pool” was murky with who knows what, only one out of a lot of staff members greeted us with a smile, traffic is so so loud with ambulance sirens blaring all night, gym equipment not working

The kitchen didn't have much equipment for cooking. and downstairs room quite warm when using the cooling machine is too noisy.

Pros:

Perfect size and location for our family of 4 stay in newcastle. The kids also enjoyed the playground across the road.

The carpark was a bit tight in our spot and made it hard with kids.

Pros:

The unit was very clean and well equiped. The location was ideal for our visit.

Cons:

We were not expecting the 2 flights of stairs. I had planned for my 90 year old brother to visit but this was not possible due to the stairs and not toilet facilities on the ground floor. It would have been nice to know about the stairs before booking. I had tried to book another unit for my brother but luckily non were available as it would be impossibe for him to stay.
