Disappointing Stay
Pros:

The check in was easy enough and the apartment was spacious enough. Beds were comfy and apartment was clean. It was good to have a lift

Cons:

Having both bathrooms located upstairs was quite inconvenient. We were also required to pay a $100 bond prior to our stay.

After checkout, we were unfairly accused of spilling beer, leaving excessive rubbish, and leaving numerous empty alcohol bottles. In reality, there was only one empty beer bottle and half a bottle of champagne between four people. Despite this, our bond was withheld because we left a neatly packed box of rubbish on the bench.

When we attempted to dispute these claims, our messages were ignored on four separate occasions, which was extremely frustrating.

Additionally, we felt unsafe in the neighbourhood. One member of our group was physically assaulted by a neighbour following a parking disagreement, which was a very concerning experience.

Pros:

Location was excellent

Cons:

I requested no or limited fragrances, but that didn’t mean don’t clean the room. Hairs from previous guests, dirty fridge, and grimy carpet. Toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned.

Highly recommended staying there and look forward to going back
Pros:

I loved everything about it.
I was allowed to check in a bit earlier with out any dramas.
Secure parking. The access with coded entry was perfect.
The presentation of the apartment was modern and was perfect in every way.
Presentation of the soaps etc was straight out of a magazine

Cons:

I didn’t look properly but I think there was no microwave lol
Maybe could of done with extra milk and coffee pods
But that’s just irrelevant anyway.

short but sweet family getaway
Pros:

its a family comfortable friendly place , great location mins away to Charlestown square shopping centre , 20 minutes away to Newcastle great drive there great weather helped :)
