Not worth the price
Pros:

A centrally located Hotel, the Deluxe Apartment is large and has comfortable beds.

Cons:

The apartment is advertised with a patio and an inner courtyard view. Well, the patio turned out to be the entrance to the apartment and the inner courtyard is a walkway and a parking lot for the neighbors scooters. Behind a metal gated entrance, right at the patio, are two pitbulls which barked at us each time we left or returned to the apartment. Imagine yourself sitting on the patio looking at scooters and barking pitbulls!

The apartment itself is dark and poorly equipped. The bathroom did not have soap and shampoo. Room service delivered it after two days. The kitchenette is equipped with the most basic stuff. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and the lighting in the living room and kitchen was too bright though very unpleasant to spend time in. This apartment is definitely not worth the price!

Il y avait beaucoup de cheveux sur le sol à mon arrivée, dans la chambre comme dans la salle de bain. On a aussi manqué d’électricité à compter de 1:30am…

Muy buena experiencia, me volvería a hospedar
Pros:

El hotel me gustó mucho, buenas y cómodas instalaciones, aunque no está en la habitación tiene una terraza increíble con vista al parque del centro histórico y con vista parcial a la laguna, ubicación en el centro histórico, muy buena atención del personal del hotel.

Cons:

La habitación, sobre todo en la zona de las camas, esta algo reducido el espacio, y el piso de la regadera del baño estaba muy resbalosa.

Very reasonably priced hotel in a central location and some good benefits.
Pros:

Great location just off the main square, very clean and well equipped room with a good shower and strong air con. Also reasonable priced and response over WhatsApp with any enquiries. LOVED the ability to use sister hotels swimming pier which was beautiful and so much quieter than the public pier.

Cons:

Noisey as just off the main square, this has its benefits and drawbacks but would not recommend staying if you like early nights as one of the noisiest bits of Bacalar with the bar down stairs having a big sub woofer. This did normally stop around 11/12pm depending on day.

Fabulous location but could be cleaner.
Pros:

We loved the location, right on the main square close to the Lagoon and a great choice of restaurants nearby.
We also liked the fact that the hotel had an arrangement with a Beach Club further up the lagoon, it was really tranquil and a lovely place to spend a couple of hours away from all the busyness of town.

Cons:

Not great value for money. Our room could have been cleaner and it wasn't serviced at all during our 2 day stay.

Excellent stay, good value and very clean
Pros:

The location is great, right on the main plaza. The room is clean and comfortable with a balcony.

Cons:

Hotel ‘s beach club is a little farther away, was told need a taxi ride. Although hotel guests would be allowed without entry fee, taxi fee would equal the cost to other beach club.
