Before making the reservation you read in the hotel's page that the cost of the airport shuttle is 100 baht.
After having made the reservation, you receive a message from the hotel in which it's written that the cost of the airport shuttle is 150 baht.
This is not right: the manager of the hotel should change this incorrectness, and the receptionist should apologize for the inconvenience instead of pretending not to see the problem

Big room and the staff was super helpful with us arranging a shuttle to come and to go to the airport. If you're looking to stay close to the airport because of an early flight, it's an amazing option quality/price speaking.

Cons:

The walls are very thin, you can listen to what's happening in the other rooms.
