الإقامة جميلة وفندق نظيف وطاقم موظفين رائعين

Cons:

ازعجني كثيرا عدم وجود لوحة على الفندق تبين اسم الفندق حتى قمت بالبحث عنه ولكن لم أجده وأضطررت الى الذهاب والعودة مرة أخرى لنفس الموقع
فعلا امر مزعج أن نرى فندق ذو الخمس نجوم دون لوحة عليه وكأنه عمارة سكنية

Pros:

Nous y sommes restés 5 nuits.
Hôtel très bien placé. Plein centre, proche de restaurants, shopping, activités ( musée), dans un très bel environnement. Chambre très agréable, literie incroyable, tout ce qu'il faut dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner très diversifié. Déco très sympa. Personnel à l'écoute et réactif.Je recommande vivement

Me encantó el hotel. Cada vez que vuelva a Madrid me quedaré aquí.
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo espectacular. Tenían una gran variedad para todos los gustos. Y la localización no podía estar mejor, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y de los monumentos.

Le café au petit déjeuner n’est pas bon.
À l’arrivée il n’y avait pas moyen d’avoir du chauffage dans la salle de bain. Après demande auprès de la réception, cela a été arrangé.

Wonderful. Great staff, great location, comfortable.
Pros:

Elena took very good care of us. She researched a list of vegetarian restaurants for us to try and was in general very sweet.

Cons:

Bathroom could use an exhaust fan.

Opción perfecta en pleno centro de Madrid
Pros:

Hotel muy funcional en pleno centro de Madrid. Viajé por trabajo y queda a 2 minutos andando del Congreso de los Diputados. Edificio rehabilitado, habitaciones cálidas y muy bien decoradas, baño funcional, cama muy cómoda, desayuno completo y con mucha variedad. Tiene un bar en el lobby y un rooftop bar que en verano debe ser una delicia. Muy recomendable.

Cons:

Por poner una pega, los ascensores son pequeños y tardaban bastante para el flujo de subida y bajada de los huéspedes.
