All-in-all a perfect getaway on the edge of bukit bintang, lovely rooms, atmosphere and staff.
Pros:

Amazing stay from check-in to check-out. Staff were exceptional in their service- hospitality at its best.

Wonderful atmosphere and decor- paired with a little @snackfood display shop in the lobby alongside the cafe.

Rooms were very vibey, simple and clean with complimentary snacks and water. Beds were very comfortable.

Lovely pool area that is well maintained and cleaned daily, perfect for a swim on a hot day/lounge around.

Cafe food and beverage options were great, reasonably priced.

Amazing location near bukit bintang, everything is in walking distance- from shopping to food options.

Lovely modern hotel
Pros:

Great location, good facilities, friendly staff

Dirty but great vibes
Pros:

Beautifully designed. Central with an amazingly friendly staff. Great vibes

Cons:

Honestly. It’s dirty. Bed sheets stained. Toilets had hair all over from previous tenants. Toilet glass not clean. Hygiene definitely took a back seat. Pity cos it’s a solid hotel just poorly maintained

Pros:

The coolest hotel I’ve stayed so far! It is so so vibrant and pretty, from the lobby to the rooms. My eyes were happy there 24/7 :) so as my back and neck were happy with the mattress and pillows.
I had the Room to Listen and I never wanted to leave it.
The location is also pretty convenient. 15-25 minutes walking to most of the places you want to reach - in case you can get a ride because of traffic jam.
Really welcoming people working in the hotel too.

The staff make it special
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful with staff members who demonstrate great care, positive energy, as well as attention to detail. The touches of Malaysian culture really made this property stand out. The location is convenient for exploring KLCC, Pavillion, and Bukit Bintang.

Cons:

Unfortunately the noise insulation is not too strong. Traffic especially motorcycles can be heard until the early morning hours.

Overall, it was a good experience and ideal for a short staycation, though the price a bit high
Pros:

I loved the interior design and the welcoming vibes of both the lobby and the room. The added touch of Aesop toiletries was a wonderful bonus

Cons:

It would be helpful if the hotel provided extra toilet paper, as only one roll was available, unlike most hotels. Additionally, there were quite a few mosquitoes in the lobby in the evening, which made relaxing there a bit uncomfortable, I ended up with some bites on my feet. Overall, I found the rates to be a bit on the expensive side.

Pros:

All staff are so friendly and helpful with all the question I have. The location is prime and walkable distance to nearby malls and restaurant. Would visit in the future again!

Great place to stay in KL
Pros:

We had a lovely 1 night stay at KLoe hotel! It has a great location to venture into KL - easily accessible. It’s very stylish and green. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, stylish and have all the amenities you could need. You even get complimentary snack box to explore the Malaysian treats which is a nice touch. The pool area is very nice and cool to relax in.

best hotel on this trip, I stayed at 6, there is something to compare: very clean room, beautiful design of the hotel itself, attentive staff, bathrobes, water and snacks

Cons:

I like everything, maybe a lack of the pool and the restaurant open from Thursday to Sunday only, so I can’t taste it

Cool, trendy hotel in a good location but it feels like youre paying for hotel amenities rather than the room itself
Pros:

Liked the cafe in the lobby. Coffee was 10/10. Seeing local creatives meeting and working in that location was good. The design of the hotel, pool, plants amid the concrete. Once you’re inside it doesn’t feel like you came off a busy street. Good location. Staff were beyond kind and helpful. We added a day to our stay and they were accommodating. They also decorated our room festively as we were celebrating birthdays and an anniversary.

Cons:

Not sure about value for money especially for KL. The room was small for us. Bathroom was also small- limited place to put your toiletries in the shower unless they’re mini sizes. Occasional noise at 1am from the bikers outside but nothing that truly disrupts sleep.

Pros:

This will now be my go-to stay if I visit KL again! There was nothing I didn’t like about my stay - the hotel is beautifully designed, with a lovely little coffee shop in the lobby (perfect for working on your laptop), and it’s a short walk from the malls. The room is comfortable and well thought out. The staff were also very friendly.
