L'emplacement. Le personnel. La litterie.

Cons:

Equipement tres vieillissant et mal entretenu. Le support de douche nous est reste dans les mains. Robinetterie piquee et mal fixee....

Heather/ air con not working. They ve spent half day repairing it while we were in the room instead of moving us somewhere else.

Pros:

Location close to the ocean. Big spacious apartments with large balcony. Separate bedrooms for us and children. Very good breakfasts

Cons:

Not really friendly staff.. not well informed about hotels insights.. there was supposed to be onsite swimming pool and it turned out at check it is not available for the guests

Wonderful first time visiting Agadir, highly recommend as a family holiday
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, The pool was lovely and very clean. The food was extremely reasonable and cooked fresh to order. It had a nice chilled vibe and was well positioned for a short walk to the beach and shops etc

Cons:

Our room was basic and was at the back of the hotel, which consequently meant that it felt very loud at night which made sleeping difficult.
No air con in the bedroom, only the front room and only a small hob as a kitchenette.
