This hotel truly knows how to make guests feel welcome. From the friendly greetings at the front desk to the little touches like checking in to see if everything was okay, the customer service is top-notch.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was fresh, well-stocked, and a great start to the day.
You can tell the staff take pride in what they do — the atmosphere is warm, inviting, and professional all at once.
The location is unbeatable, right close to everything, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable.
We left feeling happy, well taken care of, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. The staff truly go above and beyond — even calling the room to check in and make sure everything was perfect.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What really stood out was the attention to detail and genuine care for guests. It made the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free.
The location is perfect — right in the heart of everything and within walking distance to all the attractions. �

Clean, Comfortable and Fun
Pros:

Great hotel at a reasonable price. The room was cleanly and comfortable. Staff were very kind and accomodating, and were able to get us a room near the rest of the hockey team we were travelling with on short notice. Walking distance to many fun attractions in the area!

The room looks like a dorm, the shower is terrible, the sink leaks, the TV only works on one channel. I will never go back there.
