Pros:

L'emplacement est intéressant, c'est bien d'avoir une chambre séparée.

Cons:

Manque de serviettes et de papier de toilette et il y a une cuisinette, mais aucune vaisselle.

Il y a un trou de balle de fusil dans la verrière (salle à manger).

Excellent experience
Pros:

Staff & manager are always friendly & helpful. Comfortable room, abundant towels, great location, Clifton Hill is just steps away. I have always stayed here when I visit the Falls.

Cons:

N/A. Suggestion: perhaps could include a complimentary (continental) breakfast for a high-end hotel though breakfast is available for a fee.

Great Location and Spacious Rooms – Highly Recommended!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short walk to the Ferris wheel and major attractions, including the boat tour departure point for the waterfalls.

Our room was very clean, exceptionally large, and spacious. Even though the furniture is a bit dated, it didn't take away from the overall comfort. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Paid parking is available, which was convenient and felt secure with CCTV coverage.

Despite the hotel being at full capacity during our stay, it never felt crowded. The elevators were quick, and the hallways were surprisingly quiet.

Cons:

A couple of minor areas for improvement: the water pressure in the shower was fairly weak, and adjusting the AC temperature was a bit tricky.

Pros:

The room was very big, clean and comfortable beds and very big windows...we liked the buffet breakfast, swimming pool and friendly staff. We forgot our two jackets in the room and staff called us and help us arrange to ship it back to Ottawa

Pros:

主要なスポットに徒歩圏内という立地の良さ。
バスタブがついている。

Cons:

１階の部屋だったが、窓からの眺めが最悪だった。天井も低くて薄暗く、まるで地下の部屋にいるようだった。
デポジット$100取られるのは仕方ないが、まだ返金されていない。
