EXCELLENT!!!!! Great room and great staff. I always come back . I absolutely love this place.
Pros:

I had a king room with a jacuzzi. I travel a lot so it was extremely relaxing to have a jacuzzi. I loved it!!!
And the indoor pool is spectacular.....it is clean and warm. One of the things I love here is the pool. Its great!!

Cons:

There is NOTHING I did not like about this place. I come here often.... front desk always greets me by my first name every time I come here. I love the pool .... I love the location....I absolutely love EVERYTHING about this place!!! It is very clean and everyone is friendly. I love this place!!

Phenomenal Customer Service
Pros:

Older place, but very clean, comfortable and AMAZING Staff and Service. They called 15min after we were in our room to ask if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Cleaning Service Providers were polite and friendly. Breakfast staff wonderful as well. Great location and can't beat the price! Room was large and the fridge was larger than the regular hotel fridges in most places.

I would recommend the stay it's worth it 👌
Pros:

I like everything the room is spacious it was clean bathroom was good clean and the bath products was full Size which is plus point great the only thing they charged for parking other than that I would recommend this place and I would like to stay there again

Great place to stay, good value, close to the falls
Pros:

The best thing about this hotel was the friendly reception staff. They were a wonderful group. They made us very welcome and we enjoyed chatting with them. The room was nice, with two large, comfortable beds,, a fairly large fridge, two tables with chairs, and a really nice bathroom with liquid soap / shampoo / conditioner containers fixed to the shower wall. Breakfast was good - with scrambled eggs, toast, and other things. The location was also very convenient - in walking distance to the falls.

Cons:

Nothing really. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely room, good location but breakfast not included and had to pay for parking! Won’t be back!
Pros:

Large room, bed comfortable, clean, very nice!

Cons:

I was very disappointed that I had to pay for parking!! It is off season, didn’t see it on the booking.com and totally shocked, wouldn’t book through here again, didn’t disclose parking cost! Will look elsewhere next time, breakfast not included either!
