The Staff , excellent customer service skills. Especially the evening restaurant staff who went the extra mile
General ambience of whole hotel, especially the lounge and bar area very chilled and for lovely for a few days break.
Food in restaurant very good but be warned a large plate is what says , I don't know how anybody could eat a pudding after the main.. we didn't .Fish and chips best I had in long time, so good we had it again on our last night.
The Room very nice, amazing bathroom and very comfortable beds.
There was nothing not to like.

Everything was great
Great hotel. Has everything you could want, including a good location, facilities, and spacious rooms. Additional amenities like the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were of a great standard, and the free canned water was a nice touch.
The room I was given smelled like cigarette smoke a few hours after I checked in, but I was quickly moved to another room when I raised this

Very centrally located, really nice building and clean, modern and super spacious room compared to almost all the other hotels we have stayed in the area.
We checked in very late and checked out very early and the staff were always friendly and available for us.
