OTTIMO
Pros:

Comodità parcheggio , camera confortevole , buona colazione . Lunedì il ristorante è chiuso per riposo settimanale , ma nelle immediate vicinanze c’è un ottimo ristorante pizzeria gestito da italiani !

Nicht zulässig als Unterkunft
Cons:

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

hiermit möchte ich eine formelle Beschwerde über die von mir gebuchte Unterkunft „Waldblick“ einreichen.

Leider entsprach die Unterkunft in keiner Weise den auf Booking dargestellten Bildern und der beschriebenen Qualität. Der tatsächliche Zustand war stark abweichend und nicht akzeptabel.

Konkret möchte ich folgende Punkte beanstanden:

* Die Unterkunft war stark geruchsbelästigt (muffiger, unangenehmer Geruch).
* Es befand sich eine Baustelle direkt am oder im Gebäude, die bei der Buchung in keiner Weise angegeben war.
* Die Teppiche waren deutlich verfleckt und wirkten ungepflegt.
* Der allgemeine Zustand der Unterkunft entsprach nicht den veröffentlichten Fotos.

Unter diesen Umständen stellt sich für mich die Frage, wie eine solche Unterkunft über Ihre Plattform angeboten werden kann, ohne dass die Zustände überprüft werden.

Ich bitte um eine Stellungnahme zu diesem Vorfall sowie um Prüfung einer angemessenen Erstattung bzw. Kompensation.
