地點方便，天神地下街及I’m donut就在附近。 酒店設備不完善及清潔人員培訓有待加強。

清潔人員培訓有待加強的原因：每一天回到房間都是不同的樣貌，我有一天回來還發現冰箱電源被關了，因為我於冰箱內存放需冷藏的食物，如果我沒有發現裏面的食物就全壞掉了。
另外，比較誇張的是我有一天回到房間時居然發現清潔人員沒有給予睡衣以及床側旁的小枱被移向另一個位置，這樣很不方便，因為我的房間是兩張單人床合併一起的雙人床，所以我一個人是很難自己回復原狀的，到了第二天清潔過後也沒有回復原狀，明顯清潔人員沒有留意到（其實還挺明顯的，因為床的另外一邊就是原本的模樣）。
睡衣我是需要特意去大堂領取的，前堂也為此表示歉意，令我不滿意就是其實一天下來也挺累的，我還要因為你們的過失特意再走一趟，心情上是會有點煩躁。

設備不完善： 床頭燈泡壞掉了，半夜在不停地閃爍，這樣很恐怖，我馬上通知前台人員，前台人員也立即前來我的房間查看情況，但即使換了燈泡也沒用，跟前台人員商量過後決定把燈關上，但這樣體驗真的很差。

天神エリア便利！
Pros:

最上階にスパがあり、広々と湯船にも浸かることができて疲れも取れました。　
キングベットのお部屋でしたが、すごくベットが広くて睡眠もストレスなく快適でした。

Cons:

部屋にもよるんだと思いますが、隣のパーキングとの距離が近くて光が入らないのと、部屋のライトが暗めで、女2人がメイクする場所に困りました。

아침식사가 훌륭합니다. 3박 했는데 3일째 청소한 분은 어린이가 있는 것을 알고 어린이용 슬리퍼와 유카타를 갖다 주었습니다. 팁을 받으면 주고 싶은 마음이 들었습니다.

Cons:

새벽에 일을 해야 해서 9층 로비에서 노트북으로 일을 하는데 직원이 나와서 9층 로비를 이용할 수 없는 시간이라고 나가라고 하네요. 일본분들이 룰을 좋아하는 것은 알지만 24시간 프론트가 개방된다고 광고하면서 로비에 앉아 있지 못하게 하는 것은 이해가 안 되네요. 10층 대욕장의 물이 좀 더 뜨거우면 좋겠습니다.
