Candeo 호텔 숙박 좋았던 점 아쉬웠던 점
Pros:

위치가 텐진미나미역에서 멀리 떨어져 있지 않아서 이동하기 편했고 호텔내 온천장이 있어서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

원래 둘째 아이와만 여행을 계획했다가 여행 이틀 전에 첫째 아이도 여행에 합류하게 되어서 호텔 규정상 룸 1개에 2인만 숙박이 가능하다고 해서 저는 다른 곳에 숙소를 잡고 다음 날 아침에 아이들을 데리러 갔는데 아이들 방번호가 생각이 나지 않아서 카운터에 설명을 했더니 전날 저와 아이 여권을 복사하고 체크인을 하였음에도 불구하고 저와 아이 이름으로 체크인된 기록이 없다고 룸키를 주지 않아서 한동안 실갱이를 벌였던 부분이 참으로 아쉽습니다. 체크인을 했으면 기록이 남아있는게 당연한 일인텐데 직원이 기본적인 체크인된 리스트에 고객명이 확인이 안된다는 부분이 아쉬웠고 룸키를 주면 아이들을 찾고나서 룸키 바로 반납하겠다고 해서 제가 기억한 룸(아이들 방이 맞았음)키 받아서 바로 키 반납했는데 (아이들이 자고 있었음)이러한 고객 응대가 참 아쉬웠습니다. 이러한 부분은 반드시 개선되어야 할 사항이라고 생각합니다.

Pros:

部屋着が浴衣タイプではないセパレートしていて、しっかりした作りだったから、リラックスすることができた。
また早めに着いてチェックイン時間を待っていたのですが、スタッフが親切に声をかけてくださり印象がよく気持ちの良いサービスをしてもらえたのがよかったです。

チェックアウトもルームキーを返却ボックスに入れるだけなのは、待ち時間もなく簡単で有り難かった。

Cons:

クローゼットがなく、玄関にかけるところがあるのみだったので、コートやジャンパーや服がかけずらくて、取りづらかったです
