Stayed at the queens hotel twice and both times had a roof room which smelt of smoke even though it stated a non smoking room ,not nice when you don’t smoke ,but tolerated it had to open window to air it.

Lovely
Pros:

Was a nice space. Quite, clean and tidy. Had everything we needed and more.

Cons:

It was a little outdated in terms of the decor and I would have felt safer with a chain or extra lock inside the door

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The bed was hard. The pillows were flat. The bathroom is old and the bath doesn't have any safety handle to get into the shower. The shower was difficult to control.. The toiletries were meagre. The bath towels too small.
