Accessible depuis la ville, le lit était confortable.

- aucune amabilité du personnel
- laisser son sac à la réception est payant alors qu’ils le proposent dans le message d’arrivée : IL FAUDRAIT PRÉVENIR
pas /peu d’eau chaude et de pression dans la douche
- chauffage inexistant dans notre chambre
- très bruyant et mauvaise insonorisation

Imagine spending 5 nights with no access to the TV, the staff was informed, still nothing was done.

Soroll dels hostes a deshores: divendres 3am entrada parlant molt fort i em van despertar, diumenge 7am conversa llarga i molt sorollosa a la recepció amb uns hostes.
Vaig sortir de l’habitació a demanar-los respecte pel descans.

Good value for money, room was very clean, had everything you needed

Cons:

The room was very hot, the rad was located behind the head of the bed making it uncomfortably warm for sleeping. Suggest property leaves out instructions to turn down or off the rads.

Posizione comoda, prezzo ottimo per i costi di Londra. Staff cordiale e simpatico!

Cons:

La moquette è decisamente troppo antica, credo che nel 2026 debba proprio esser cambiata. Bagno in camera comodo ma il lavandino era così piccolo che non mi entravano le mani per lavarle ahahaha

Bon Hotel
Pros:

La chambre était bien. Un peu vieillot mais ok. cuisine très bien équipée. Lits confortable. L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du métro, bus et train. La personne a la réception était très sympathique

Cons:

Il faisait très froid quand je suis arrivée dans la chambre, l’hôtel devrait ouvrir le chauffage un peu avant que l’hôte arrive.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Close to cafes and stores and public transport, with a large park across the road.

Cons:

The breakfast- minimal and no gluten free options. The environment was also awkward with the cooking done next to the dining table in a small space.
