El Arc the  hotel no tiene un buen servicio.En la página de Booking no especifican q se debe dejar un deposito de 100 dolares y tampoco que esos 100 dolares deben ser EXCLUSVAMENTE con TARJETA DE CREDITO por lo tanto si usted NO tiene tarjeta de crédito quédese en otro hotel donde por lo menos reciban efectivo para el depósito por que si es con TARJETA DEBITO el depósito sube a 300 dolares, todo esto dicho por la señorita que me atendió.
Mi problema se solucionó por que una amiga me prestó la tarjeta de crédito. La persona del checkin, fue poco amable, no buscaba solucionar nada, solo pretendía que no me quedara en el hotel. Mal muy mal. He viajado alrededor del mundo y es la primera hez q me sucede esto. He dejado depósitos en efectivo y se han devuelto al otro día sin ningún problema.
Que señorita tan desagradable. No volvería a este hotel. Q mala experiencia.
Además una calefacción que cada vez q se accionaba sonaba como un tractor o auto viejo fallando. Me despertaba cada vez que se accionaba.(  He llegado a pensar que me dió la peor habitación)

This was a valentine get away. I enjoy the hotel and the location for sure.
Pros:

It’s close to everything and beautiful, safe underground parking loved it!

Cons:

The only thing was one of the elevator was shut down and they were very slow. In the room, ran out of hot water, no pressure for shower.

Overall, everything was great. Would stay again.
Pros:

Didn’t have the breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Bed really comfy. Lounge staff (Nathan), exceptional.

Cons:

Room was dark and the bathroom was cold! Would have been nice if the bar was open later.

Pros:

Good location and friendly staff. Room was clean.

Cons:

Parking onsite requires guests to walk through back ally to enter hotel which felt a little scary at night when alone. The room was clean but very worn. I couldn’t sleep for over an hour because city snow clearing below my window at 3 a.m. sounded like a construction zone inside the room.

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location near the subway

Cons:

After making the reservation, I was fed up with the five automated emails I received every day. The room heater was so loud I couldn't sleep, even with earplugs, so I turned it off, but the next morning the room temperature became 16 degrees. I'm sure I'd catch a cold. The $20 breakfast promotion isn't worth it. I'd be far better off going to a nearby Starbucks or Second Cup. I thought I'd get a discount through Booking.com, but they charged a sustainability fee and the room rate ended up being much higher than I expected. It's a shame considering the location is great.
