Sehr schönes altes Haus, das in ein Boutique Hotel verwandelt wurde. Das Frühstück ist wirklich super. Es wird händisch vorbereitet und ist köstlich.
Es gibt keine regelmäßige Reinigung, was ok ist.
Aber man muss jedes Mal extra drum bitten, neue Handtücher oder Klopapier zu bekommen. Oder damit der Müll geleert wird.

Great property and room. Loved Cunda and Ayvalik. Owners Tayfun and his wife were great hosts. We had fun. Highly recommend

Very hard bed and very noisy 😟
The staff was really nice, and helpful, so here I give 10 points. We liked to eat our own food, as the restaurants are really overpriced in Cunda, and they allowed us to use their plates, cuttlery, and cleaned after us - I didn't even expect it, so it was a nice suprise. The hotel is decent, nicely renovated, and it feels good to be there. The staff was communicative, and translating with google from Turkish to English, so we felt we are able to communicate nicely.
I was a bit dissapointed with breakfast - I would say it's good, but not "fabolous" as the booking.com says. We had better breakfasts later during that trip. There is a little problem with the bathroom, as there's no ventilation and the moist doesn't have a place to escape... You can figure out by yourself what that means in a longer run... I would give an advice to the owner to install some shelfes in rooms, so guests can unpack their clotes comfortably, and some small tables next to beds, for phone, book, and whatever else. We had to store everything on the floor, and it was a bit messy. The walls are only protecting from seeing people in other room, but that's clear from other reviews, that you can hear people wispering behind the wall. In our room (nr 1) we had to put a carpet against the window, which opens towards the inner hall, as the light was shining in and making it hard to sleep. Price is high for this standard... But, in the end, you're in Cunda... everything here will be overpriced, except for buses, veggies in a veggie shop, and bread in bakery ;)

Very authentic family run hotel. Everything is stylish and beautiful. Good location - embankment and the most beautiful streets nearby) Very tasty breakfast, the only thing that upset was poor soundproofing in the hotel. Thanks for the hospitality)
