El personal es grosero y déspota
Me tacharon de ratera, me hicieron un escandalo diciendo públicamente que me iba a ir sin pagar, luego fueron a técnicamente sacarme del cuarto, solo porque me.pase del tiempo del check out, lo cual pague sin problemas a mi salida
Mal servicio, nunca me ayudaron con mi equipaje
No tuve Internet en toda mi estancia
La habitación era muy distinta a las fotos
No lo recomiendo es pésimo!!!!

el desayuno continental que incluía, muy rico, sobre todo el café, y el pan era casero,
aparte pagamos el desayuno y los chilaquiles y huevos motuleños, muy sabrosos

Muy bonito el hotel y la alberca.

Cons:

La ubicación. Esta en el centro pero lejos de los lugares turísticos. En la app de booking aparece como 5 estrellas y en realidad es de 3 estrellas.

Muebles rotos. Detalles en el piso mosaicos rotos. No había en la habitación básicos como plancha de ropa, ni secadora de cabello. Tiene un espacio amplio la habitación deberían considerar poner un escritorio.

Good shower even if hot water takes a while.
Ruko smart TV with YouTube and other apps.
Continental breakfast included, with add-on options.
Location, 2 blocks from Ado, 2 blocks from AutoProgreso, 5 blocks from Plaza Grande.

Cons:

A bit noisy at times at night.
No switch for the bedside lamp, had to unscrew the bulb.
