Pros:

El trato del personal, muy cerca de la zona de ocio y muy moderno, con detalles a los clientes, nos regalaron calentadores de mano y nos ofrecían bebidas y pancake gratis todos los días. Lo recomiendo mucho, sin duda excepcional!!

Receptividade, amenities e o café da manhã.

Cons:

Não é um problema do hotel propriamente dito mas da falta de acessibilidade (escada rolante ou elevador) das estações de trem e metrô no entorno do hotel. O que dificulta um pouco quem está com malas grandes.

Thank you for being a great place for us to stay in Osaka. My mom and I love this hotel. :)
Pros:

Minimal design, super clean and smell wonderful. Love all staff, they are really sweet and friendly. Best location. Very convenient to go shopping and come back to take a break. Pancake and drink all day are lovely. 10/10
I recommend to friends and family. My friends already booked in December. :)

スタッフが丁寧に応対して下さり、笑顔でもてなして下さいました。チェックイン前に荷物を預かって下さり、パンケーキとドリンクサービスをしていただきました。チェックアウトではペットボトルを凍らせプレゼントして下さいました。後に助かりました。

Estaba cerca de restaurantes y puntos de interés turístico pero la calle era muy decadente y llena de locales de señoritas de compañía
El hotel disponía de un rinconcito de café, bebidas, agua, tortitas para los huéspedes.

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas y no limpiaban la habitación a diario, era cada 2 días.
