I had a very bad experience here for many reasons. I don’t recommend this place at all. Doesn’t feel safe and I have one of the worst experience staying there
No wifi, water leakage, I even saw a rat.

I choosed the Hotel because of the 24/7 reception. So check in, in the night was no problem! The bed was very comfy. The room small but nice. The Staff was really nice and cute. Helped me stay longer and get a taxi also.
The shower was not really a shower..... You had great panorama view but no window to open so no fresh air.

It's a budget hotel. Friendly staff. Size of Room and CR is just right. Working A/C and Flat screen TV. Walking distance to UST.
No remote for A/C and TV.
Small cockroaches everywhere.
Lack of coordination among staff. In effect, no room service (cleaning) for three days. After the first day, I was asked to present my booking confirmation reference # by the hotel staff of the day even if I already gave the information the day before.
I checked out early morning yesterday with clearance from the hotel staff. In the evening, I still received a text message if I’m extending for another day. Clear lack of proper endorsement of information concerning their guests.
