Met expectations and great location
Pros:

Location and bed

Cons:

No air con - which fine but windows only opened a crack in the bedroom and not at all in the bathroom. With an east facing room it got boiling hot by 8am.

I look forward to returning
Pros:

Although the hotel building is old with a lot of interesting history, there is a feeling of generous space. The bedroom was attractively furnished , very clean and comfortable . Everything in the bathroom was easy to use. A lot of thought has gone into furnishing each part of the hotel. The breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Nothing

OK.
Pros:

It’s in a great location and it has lots of character. 1 member of staff was lovely.

Cons:

The bed was comfy, but the room was small, very old & tired and very hot.
A fan that actually worked would have helped a bit.

Average hotel - price high
Pros:

Great location for night out in Poole.

Cons:

Room was fine but very hot. Shower leaking all over floor had to mop up. Mould on tiles. Only one set of towels for two people. Breakfast average. Sausages were just luke warm. Not worth the £160 we paid.
