No imaginaba llegar a un lugar así, nos gustó muchísimo todo el escenario natural y las instalaciones. La comida buenísima. Logramos desconectarnos absolutamente en un solo día. Lo necesitábamos. Seguro volveremos.
Es un lugar muy bonito para desconectarte, en la mitad de la nada con unas vistas muy hermosas. Los cuartos son súper bonitos, la cama cómoda, un lugar muy especial.
Que el baño y la cama estuvierean no estuvieran conectadas. Hay que salir del cuarto bajar unas escaleras para acceder al baño, lo cual es impráctico.

El lugar es hermoso, si buscas una desconexión total, este es el spot indicado, clima delicioso, vista hermosa, personal super cálido y comida ricA.

Un retiro de paz y naturaleza
Un pequeño hotel en medio de la hermosa naturaleza, con vistas espectaculares hacia la laguna y las montañas. La comida buenísima, la chef se esmera en cada platillo, cocina mexicana con toques japoneses. La atención de todo el personal es excelente. Un lugar digno de visitar para disfrutar de la naturaleza y de la buena comida.

Everything was amazing but the staff made the stay memorable Esteban makes sure the property is maintained and safe. Lala cooks amazing food, Liz and Co make sure all the needs are meet. They are truly great.

The rooms with 0 isolation, literally open and you can hear other rooms as if they were just here.
Not romantic. Colder temps there, pool closed most of the time. Bathroom outside of sleeping room, and it’s facilities are bad with water splashing. Not romantic.

This is truly a special get away, their is nothing wrong at all… the staff is incredibly attentive, the rooms and the linen it is definitely a retreat for the soul..
I love it’s a small cozy place, normally retreats tend to go on the yoga/ new age route and this one doesn’t it is unique
The staff is wonderful. Very kind, professional and accommodating. The food was delicious. Everything is cooked on property from fresh ingredients. The beds are very comfortable. Nice getaway from mexico city
We weren't told at the beginning that we have access to the entire retreat facility. The hotel is separated in 2 parts, and we missed out on the main buildings common areas for relaxing and reading. We only found out at the end
