>> The location is fantastic — right in the city center. Main attractions are within easy walking distance, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also just a few (flat) hundred meters from a metro station that takes you directly to the beach or the airport.
>> Outstanding service with many delightful little attentions.
>> The hotel features elegant, unique décor that blends modern design with respect for the building’s heritage.
>> Rooms was well equiped, comfortable and soundproofed.
>> The pool is pleasantly warm, larger than it appears in the pictures, and open until 8 p.m., providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

We found good and bad here. We were originally assigned a room in the front on the building on the 3rd floor , the noise coming from the street at 7:30 am was dreadful and had us both awake for the day , lorries emptying all the glass bottles from the nearby restaurants. We asked to be moved the following morning with no success, we were told the hotel was at full capacity , luckily we tried again in the evening with a different member of reception who was able to accommodate us with a room change!?
The breakfast room is small and chaotic, it’s too small for the amount of people it is servicing, the food offering was OK. The pool area was lovely and relaxing , but unfortunately there was no changing facilities for males. The room we ended up in was lovely and peaceful, in the “courtyard”.
The cleanliness was excellent throughout, housekeeping was the best thing about the hotel. Overall the staff were a bit hit and miss , some helpful others not so.
The location of this hotel is exceptional.
We probably wouldn’t stay again as we didn’t feel it was value for money and there are plenty of decent looking hotels in Porto.

This hotel is a beautiful building right in the heart of the old town. We were near to everything. It's the perfect base for exploring what the beautiful city of Porto has to offer. The Pastel de Natas, macarons & port in the room upon arrival was a really lovely touch. Rooms were very comfortable, soundproof & clean. The shower was lovely and powerful. The breakfast was Top notch also with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends & family.

This hotel was excellent and perfectly located in the heart of everything. It’s within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and major sightseeing spots. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed.
