De ligging in een van de mooiste straten van de stad, de inrichting is mooi, heel aardige mensen.
Fijn restaurant. Mooie kamers.
We waren op een lange reis van 3 weken, we verbleven hier 3 nachten.
Iets meer kastruimte om je kleren uit te kunnen hangen zou wel prettig zijn geweest.
Maar voor een weekend is het ideaal!

A piscina e a sauna estavam reservados apenas para o dia, e quando chegamos não foi possível aproveitar o que tínhamos pago. Foram 250 euros para dormir e comer um pequeno almoço genérico, estava tudo bom mas o pormenor de não poder ter usufruído da piscina interior matou tudo, tornou tudo muito normal igual aos outros. Só sendo sincero. Gostei bastante mesmo. Deviam avisar o horário da piscina na internet.
Malgré la situation au coeur de Porto et dans le quartier touristique l'hotel est calme et facilement accessible depuis le metro. Le soin apporté à la restauration du bâtiment ancien est remarquable.
Selon les demandes des clients être plus attentifs aux demandes de changement des serviettes de toilette.

Excellent et très varié pour le sucré comme pour le salé. L'équipe de personnel du petit déjeuner particulièrement aimable et disponible.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel sans doute un des meilleurs de Porto. Tout ou presque peut se faire à pied. La Rua de Flores propose commerces, bars et restau à proximité de l'hôtel.
Le calme de l'hôtel très appréciable.
Les chambres (3 au total) n'étaient pas très grandes mais très bien placées et au calme.
Le personnel de la réception (sauf une personne) ne parle pas français et ne fait pas beaucoup d'effort pour comprendre (sauf une jeune femme très dispo et qui nous a commandé excursions et fado).
Les deux chambres du 2e étage ont eu un housekeeping parfait. Au 3e cela a été plus compliqué (pas de peignoir ni de pantoufles, produits pas renouvelés...).
The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful and the location is amazing on a lovely street in the old part of town that leads down to the river. The breakfast was good and had a large amount of choice.
Only two small things: there was a wall with plastic flowers over the window rather than a view out and the shower drain was slow so tended to flood. I'm sure the staff would have sorted it if we had asked them as they were very helpful.
