Very good location! Nice room. Fancy balcony. Good curtains to prevent daily light. You need a room card to access the room coridor and other places in the hotel. Very nice staff, very helpfull. Good breakfast but not varied. We got a nice welcome letter and welcome cakes as well as a mini bottle of Porto Wine on the arrival. Next time in Porto we will definitely stay in the same hotel.
Small desk in the room. Small countertop in the bathroom. Not enough bright light in the room. No heating. Lucky warm water in the pool. The unpleasant experience was a taxi back to the airport we ordered through the reception. It had no meter and no information about the price. It cost 35 EUR and the driver requested 2.5 EUR surcharge for card payment.
Location was great food and the rooms were nice.loved the small indoor pool!
Couldn’t get in earlier lobby got a tad crowded but overall these were small things.

Convenient location in the heart of the old town. Good insulation on the windows kept it remarkably quiet despite street performers, walkers, etc. just outside. Comfortable room, good bed, nice breakfast. Nice bar area, server was friendly and efficient.
It was very busy and the space is not that big so it felt cramped at breakfast and in the bar area. Given the expense, I was surprised that there was no help with luggage.
From check-in until check-out the stay was very pleasant. The site is in a pedestrian area. Almost every thing is in walking distance; Hot spots, restaurants, bars, views, ... The interior looks good and is in good shape. The rooms are clean and contain all the usual needs. If you're disturbed by the noise level of the street there are additional noise filtering and light blocking doors ok the window. The breakfast buffet is typical for every hotel. You'll find everything you need; Sweet and savory ingredients, Fruits, jam, cake, bread, ham, salmon, vegetables, egg, juice, water, ... coffee will be prepared by the waiters. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filipe really stood out here.

Amazing location on Rua de Flores! The staff are excellent and very attentive. Beautiful boutique hotel! Felipe remembered my coffee order from day 1! Little details make a big difference when you’re far from home. 🏠

We really enjoyed our time here! The location is great and the amenities (pool/breakfast) were very nice! Thiago took great care of us at breakfast — gotta love lattes and cappuccinos made fresh instead of vat coffee!
