Idea stop over for Gatwick airport, pool was good
Pros:

Room was a great size, pool was nice with a good temperature. Reception very helpful, breakfast was good with a wide range of items available, car park was good.

Cons:

The changing lockers did have any locks or way to secure you cloths when swimming, the coffee machine in the lobby didn’t have any cups, also couldn’t use it after 4 pm ? Food was a bit expensive for what you got,

Nice stay
Pros:

Staff was quite friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and decent, with a spacious double bed. Breakfast had a variety of choices and I also tried a wonderful meal, the ginger beef rice bowl. I totally recommend it.

Cons:

The heat goes up to 25 C and it takes much time for the room to heat up.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff
Pros:

The property was comfortable, well sound proofed and had a nice pool which was great before a long haul night flight and very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

It was a little further from the airport than I expected but realistically that my fault for not checking Google maps.

Home from home.
Pros:

Excellent customer care. All staff welcomed us on Christmas eve and were very flexible, changed our room as I wanted to have a bath.

Cons:

You do need to fix the door to the sauna- it isn't working well. We didn't have breakfast as we thought it a little pricy.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else if flying out of Gatwick!
Pros:

The gentleman who checked me in, sorry didn't make a note of his name, was absolutely delightful and could not have been more helpful. The staff in the restaurant (dinner) were excellent. Dinner was very good, although we did have to ask for more cheese on the "double cheese nachos", which was dealt with without delay! Having spent my entire working life in the hotel industry it is very hard to impress me - but impressed I was!
