Cons:

2/4 mugs were mucky and had sticky substances stuck to the bottom and therefore couldnt be used. wardrobe was dusty from top to bottom. Chair that came with the desk had stains on.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Lovely staff at the reception, the room was very clean and I was offered a choice of bathroom with a bath or standing up shower. The hotel looks lovely and there is access to the swimming pool and gym.

Cons:

I didn't like the pillows, very hard to sleep on but it's personal to me , other people might not have any issue with it

Pros:

The staff were really friendly and attentive.
The buffet style breakfast is simple yet lovely.
They also have a gym and a pool facicility which is a nice added touch. (Gym needs an upgrade)
The coffee machine between 9 amd 4 is a great incentive too.

Cons:

We were overcharged for our breakfast which was quite dissapointing. They charged us twice and were adamant we hadn't paid. We had to end up showing our bank statements before we could get a refund.

The banging and loud shouting from the renovations. We were prepared about this but felt that the shouting was a bit too excessive. A sofa was banged into our hotel room door which was also not something you'd expect.
