Horrible hotel! Stay far away from it!

What a lousy hotel. Woukd hardly even call it a 2 star hotel ler alone 4 stars. It’s an absolute joke!
Breakast: a paperbag with an apple, pack of crackers, a weird sour juice and a waffle wrapped in plastic. Put outside your door in the morning. Disgusting! On the second morning we got a call asking if we wanted breakfast.
Hotel room was awful, shower disgusting. Showerhead had not been cleaned in a long time. Long strangs of hair on the mirror.
Person at check in was very noisy about our travel plans and it felt really uncomfortable. Also wanted to do the security deposit as an offline transaction and wanted to type in card details manually. Very disturbing!
We simply don’t understand how anyone can say this is a 4 star hotel.

Poor and no value for money
Pros:

Nothing, really.

Cons:

The room was small, breakfast shabby, bathroom smelled, no iron, no AC/heating and the room was in a different buidling to the reception which didnt even hwve lifts.

Really good for the price and location was perfect.
Pros:

The bathroom was spacious and we kindly got upgraded to a better room free of charge. The bed was comfy and cosy.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved but I understand they are limited as they don’t have a in house kitchen so we were told. Also didn’t figure a way to use SharePlay on the TV but if we asked perhaps they could have helped but it was late and we could live without it.

I will definitely book again when i come back to london - a jewel in the middle of Hammersmith
Pros:

Amarit the duty manager was super helpful and friendly, particularly as i was drenched when I arrived due to the heavy rain - he was on hand with tissues for my glasses

Cons:

The sink in the bathroom had very poor drainage and took a while to clear when cleaning my teeth. it did clear eventually but could have been a problem if the tap was running for a while

Disappointing.
Pros:

Everything but not 4 star by a mile

Cons:

The breakfast. Better to give nothing than what was on offer. Not even a butter or marmalade with the croissant and nothing at all hot.

Lo staff disponibile e cordiale

Cons:

Le dimensioni della stanza. Praticamente era minuscola. È stato scomodo per aprire le valigie e sistemarsi. Soprattutto quando si portano valige grandi per più giorni di soggiorno.
La colazione praticamente sempre la stessa, servita come fosse un fast-food a domicilio in un sacchetto di carta.
