Pros:

Huge wheelchair accessible bathroom. Great size bedroom with easy access for a wheelchair user. Amazing location just some 5 minutes from Hammersmith underground station which is wheelchair accessible as well.

Nothing to not to like
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to help my staff more comfortable. The water in the shower and sink were very good flowing and hot. Lovely in room breakfast brought to me in the morning, included a bottle of juice, fruit, cereal bar, waffle and biscuits so it was a great variety.

Alex and Aranit will make your stay at a well-located hotel a joy!
Pros:

Alex (night shift) and Aranit (day shift) were a blessing on their own! Both of them were of utmost concern in making me feel well at check-in and check-out - they got me everything I wanted at the start and end of my stay, and that is what keeps good memories up. Aranit arranged to get me a quiet room off the streets; and indeed, it helped me sleep tight and well. My room was spacious, WiFi was great, the breakfast-to-room service worked perfectly, and the location is fantastic: 5 min of the Picadilly line (30 min to airport only!), tons of nice restaurants and pubs around.

Cons:

You hear other guest's door close quite loudly, even at night.

Perfect for Hammersmith Apollo
Pros:

La chambre était très petite (nous avions du mal à faire le tour du lit quasiment collé au mur sur ces quatres côtés).
Le lavabo de la salle de bain gène pour aller aux WC.
Le bruit toute la nuit de la VMC ou je ne sais quelle machinerie à proximité de la fenêtre.

letto ok, dimensione stanza ok, pulizia ok, sicuramenet però non da 4 stelle. posizione buona, vicinissiama ametro e a molti locali per mangiare o bere qualcosa.

Cons:

non c'è ascensore e arrivando alle 1.30 di notte, non è stato simpatico fare 2 piani con le valigie (e non mi avevano avvisato prima di questa caratteristica) , sono poco flessibili, inoltre mi hanno portato una sacchettino in camera con una colazione non degna neanche di un 2 stelle 8e questo ne ha 4), in quanto la colazione non era disponibile in sala comune 8per non meglio specificati motivi).
