Pros:

Les chambres sont très spacieuses, le buffet du petit déjeuner bien garni et la piscine suffisement grande. Le personnel est aimable, attentif et serviable. Encore merci à Hajar notre aide au ménage que nous croisions chaque matin!
Le dernier point positif: l'hôtel ce trouve à 17min de l'aéroport et 15min max de tout les lieux qui nous intéressaient (souk, jardin majorel, café del mar...).

Comfortable, staff were lovely and made experience enjoyable but bathroom wasn’t on par to the rest of the room/hote

We had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, staff were accommodating and respectful. The room itself was huge and clean and comfortable to stay. The pool was great. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

Only downside was the airconditioning wasn’t giving a cold temperature, even in the coldest setting, it just gives off a fan mode all through out our stay, and we weren’t able to sleep well during our stay due to the hot weather. We tried asking the receptionist about it and said that she’ll send someone to fix it but nothing happened. About cleanliness, yes they cleaned the room but left out the plates etc. that we used the night before. Also about the phone, we tried using it couple of times but no one was answering on the other line everytime so we have to go down the reception or to the restaurant if we need something. The TV, it’s a shame that we can’t use netflix or prime, we have to log in into our account but obviously it won’t let us because we were from another country. I just hope with a hotel like this, this should come in for free to entertain guests during their stay.

Hôtel agréable
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placé (à 10min en taxi de la médina), la piscine est grande et l’espace est très joli ! La chambre était grande et propre. Le petit-déjeuner ok (assez répétitif), le pool house est sympa.

L’hôtel est calme ce qui était très agréable, l’insonorisation est très bien car nous n’avons entendu aucun voisins durant notre semaine.

Cons:

La piscine est grande mais malheureusement elle n’est pas chauffée, étant entourée par l’hôtel elle n’est pas au soleil toute la journée donc elle est assez froide 🥲

Les horaires sont pas vraiment respectées : le pool house est censé fermer à 23h cependant à 20h il y a plus personne, la piscine est « ouverte » à 9h30 mais la maître nageur est occupé à la laver jusqu’à 10h.

Les matelas des transats pourraient être renouvelés, ils sont plus jaunes que blanc 😅

Pros:

J’ai apprécier l’endroit qu’il soit un peu éloigné du centre mais à la fois à proximité.
Aussi que ce soit pas bondé de monde ce qui laisse l’espace pour profiter de la piscine

Cons:

Rien en particulier mais je dirais diversifier le petit déjeuner
Malheureusement j’ai eu juste un petit soucis avec la chambre lors de ma réservation j’ai mis trois personnes dont un enfant mais cela n’a pas était pris en compte du coup je n’ai pas pu avoir le lit d’appoint pour mon enfant

Pros:

Les gens très gentils et souriants, le coin pisicine très bien et le petit déj très bon

Cons:

Simple bémol les cartes qui se démagnétisent rapidement donc il faut souvent les changer à l’accueil mais rien de grave
