They MUst improve the service offered with the spa
Pros:

The restaurant for breakfast and dining was excellent.
The room was clean and big.
Missing blow dryer and I had to keep asking for it.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The big negative note was the spa. It was a ripoff. The place is not clean. The staff very unprofessional. Old towels and ripped. My husband and I wanted a couple massage hangman and facial, but they could not do two people together so we had to do back to back. The massage was like me putting on lotion. Ridiculous. They start it, then they live you in the room for 20 minutes Waiting for I don’t know what. The massage with facial lasted about 30 minutes. Nowhere close to the 50 min it should have been. The ham man bath was also ridiculous. She was coming in and out every 10 minutes. The worst experience ever.

Cons:

The spa is a ripoff. Already errore everything about it above. Unprofessional, not clean, ripped old towels. Not a good place at all .

Better places can be found for EUR 350 for 3 nights
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, it was the best aspect of this hotel. The staffs were amazing. Mariam, the housekeeper did an amazing work throughout my stay. The people were considerate and thoughtful!

Cons:

The bathroom should be cleaner. There was a big issue with the drainage. You could hear everything from the corridor and the neighbours. It is situated in the middle of nowhere with bankrupted businesses around. I was charged twice, it took a while to have it be refunded.

Très bon mais un petit peu cher pour ce que c’est
Pros:

Personnel au top souriants et très serviables, petit dej très bon, chambre d’hôtel vraiment spacieuse et très bien équipée avec une belle télé (YouTube, Netflix, Disney +…), double vitrage donc pas de bruit

Cons:

RAS a part le manque d’espace vert et ça aurait été plus sympa de prendre le petit dej dans un resto qui donne vers la piscine et non vers l’extérieur

L’hôtel es juste splendide, le personnels était vraiment au top du top, très très gentil, très agréable. Nous sommes arriver dimanche et devais repartir mercredi matin, finalement nous sommes rester jusqu’à vendredi. Je recommande vraiment cette hôtel

Tesisin kahvaltısı, ısınma sistemi, temizliği, odaların genişliği çok iyiydi. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için muazzam bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Cons:

Çok önemli olmamakla birlikte lavabo giderlerinde tıkanma sorunu vardı. Yardım istedik çözdüler. Giderler güncellenirse daha iyi olabilir.
