Pros:

The staff was very nice. It was clean, and the staff changed the towels each day as we requested. The room and the bed were very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. There was an elevator, a safe, a refrigerator, and air conditioner.

Cons:

Fauset had issues: if it wasn't closed properly, it leaked. The room was quite small. The view was of a neighboring building, which was a bit disheartening. The location was not good, although it is on a main shopping street it is very far from main attrations.

Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend staying here!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly! The room was clean, bed comfortable, shower pressure was THE BEST, and the balcony views were great! Located in such a lovely neighborhood with lots of things to do within walking distance.
