Beautiful hotel and a great base to explore Tokyo from.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Clean and very modern. The baths were amazing and the food was fabulous

The gym could have had more equipment

Great place for a family starting their Tokyo journey!
Pros:

Really new, nice facilities, great restaurant for breakfast, daily espresso cafe time, and good service (helped my son find a book he left in room, shipped luggage ahead)

Cons:

Only slightly out of the way of central Tokyo, but still very convenient via subway

Beyond my expectations.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Loved all the art and the staff were incredibly helpful. Thanks so much to all.

Cons:

An option for pillow softness would help but not prevent me from staying there again.

Pros:

Great location close to train station, amazing onsen and friendly staff. Room was a good size for a Japanese hotel. Good laundry facilities were a bonus too!

全体的には満足😊
Pros:

まず、全体的にインテリアなどとても豪華。
小学生の娘ですら、何ここすごい！また来たい！と、部屋に入って早々言うほど。
スタッフさんも、外国の方でも日本語がとても流暢で、特に子供のパジャマの対応して下さった方に一番驚きました。見ただけで、ちょうどいいサイズがあります。と奥に行かれて数分後、持ってこられたパジャマに着替えたら、本当にぴったりでした。うちの子たちは、2人とも標準じゃないので難しいと思っていましたが…。感動しました。
それと、バタバタしていて、睡眠時間が4時間程だったのですか、びっくりするほど寝心地が良く、翌朝早く起きすぎて驚きました。マットレスのメーカーを聞こうと思っていたのに忘れてしまいました…。

Cons:

事前にメールでお伝えしておいたつもりが、伝わってなかったようで…。2度説明する事に。言っておいた意味がない、と思いました。
ただ、チェックアウトまでの不満は本当にそれだけ。他は全く文句なし、大満足でした。
