Séjour parfait !
Pros:

La proximité avec le centre ville était parfaite ! Chambre très spacieuse, service ménage tous les jours. Personnel très à l’écoute et ils sont prêt à aider pour tout !

Nous avons été très déçus par notre expérience dans cet hôtel. Lors de la réservation via l’application Booking, il m’a seulement été demandé mes propres coordonnées en tant que personne effectuant la réservation. J’avais réservé deux suites pour trois adultes, ce qui, logiquement, signifie six personnes au total. Aucune information complémentaire sur les autres occupants ne m’a été demandée à ce moment-là.

Avant notre arrivée, j’avais même appelé l’établissement pour confirmer les détails, et on m’avait assuré qu’il ne restait à payer que les taxes de séjour (environ 3 € par personne pour 3 nuits). Cependant, à notre grande surprise, lors du check-in, on nous a exigé un supplément de 25 € par personne et par nuit, soit 350 € supplémentaires à régler immédiatement.

Cette mauvaise surprise dès notre arrivée a clairement terni notre séjour. Nous avions déjà tout payé via l’application et ne nous attendions pas à ce genre de pratique. C’est une gestion peu transparente, et nous estimons que ces frais auraient dû être mentionnés dès la réservation.

Nous sommes très déçus et nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement

séjour passé dans l hôtel entre copines afin de faire la fête. il est bien isolé sauf au niveau du couloir…
la chambre est bien pour 3 mais pourra sembler petite pour 4

Cons:

un petit coup d aspirateur pourrait être passé lorsque les serviettes sont changées… sinon il pourrait être une bonne idée de laisser un balais dans la chambre
