Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, besonders die persönliche Betreuung. Zentrale Lage.
Pros:

Äußerst freundliche und unterstützende MitarbeiterInnen. Wir hatten verschlafen, dennoch - mit lachendem Verständnis - noch ein Frühstück bekommen. Inklusive Sonderbehandlung, kochendes Wasser für den Tee.
Etwas im Zimmer vergessen, von der Reinigungsdame noch ins Parkhaus nachgebracht.

Das Hotel ist modern und auch die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, alles sehr frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Klasse statt Masse. Fanden wir super 👍

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum hätte vielleicht etwas gemütlicher eingerichtet sein können. Aber das ist ja auch Geschmacksache.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Tiefgarage war direkt neben dem Hotel und der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Es roch in unserem Zimmer aus dem Badezimmer kommend leicht nach Kanal und die Betten waren ungewöhnlich schmal, was eigentlich platzttechnisch überhaupt nicht erforderlich ist, da genügend Platz für ein normal breites Bett vorhanden gewesen wäre.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Regensburg😀 und das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt:die Ruhe,die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter,die zentrale Lage,toll auch das Parkhaus daneben zu 12€ Pro Tag,die persönlich gestalteten Zimmer,originell und nachhaltig in der Ausstattung,die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten!
Wir haben alles genossen und werden wiederkommen!
