È la seconda volta che ci vado e si conferma un'ottima struttura. La stanza era ampia con la vista sul bosco. Bellissimo l'onsen ancora più apprezzato visto che pioveva ed è stato un felice momento di relax. Lo staff è gentile e attento. Sicuramente il cibo è un punto di forza dell'hotel. Io ho preso pacchetto con cena e colazione inclusi e il cibo merita veramente il viaggio.

I was expecting better service and the rooms to be cleaner and nicer - it felt as though the rooms were camping
Fantastic retreat with incredible surroundings and facilities. Beautiful location and great onsen. The staff were very friendly and inviting. Easy access to Gora and other sites on Hakone Loop. Supermarket and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend this place.
The rooms had a lot of scuff marks especially in the bedroom. Probably needs some renovation but it doesn’t take away from an otherwise great experience.

We loved absolutely everything about this place. From the moment we checked in we felt totally relaxed. The room was beautiful and we loved the onsen. The cafe served great coffee as well.
