Pros:

La première nuit nous étions au 4ieme étage la chambre sale le bruit la senteur ́a télé qui ne fonctionne pas ́a sale de bain la porte de la douche qui ne ferme pas des grosse coquerelle j'en est fait part au responsable ah j'ai pas dormie de la nuite a cause du bruit vielles chambre lit inconfortable et drapeau sale
La responsable le lendemain nous a changer sans frais de plus au 2 ieme étage chambre propre douche impeccable le top j'ai bien dormir les 2 nuits qui me restais merci a la responsable

Son amplias sus habitaciones, están limpias limpias las habitaciones, está padre leer un libro alrededor de la alberca hay camastros y tienen sombra por los árboles.

Well priced, comfortable, nice pool,simple.well located. I’ll come back.

Cons:

This is the second time there. Unfortunately one of the rooms had a strong sewer smell coming from the shower impregnating the whole room. I asked for a room change and they gave me a room without that problem but with a window to the hallway so a downgrade.

La ubicacion es excelente!!
El personal muy atento y agradable!!
A dos calles de la central de ADO y a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, caminando a la Gran Plaza son 12 minutos. El mercado de Santiago, aun lado de la iglesia es imperdible por su oferta gastronomica, esta a 4 calles del hotel!!
