Pros:

Extremely clean. Quick check in and out also. But the sound insulation is a bit poor, u can hear someone talking along the corridor and the noise of dragging suitcases is also quite loud. Have TV with YouTube in the room also, perfect place for those budget limited but demanding a good experience

Pros:

The location is great. Really close to almost everything in Georgetown, with restaurants and cafes nearby.
The lady at reception was really kind and attentive too.
Big bed.

Cons:

Extremely noisy. You can hear everything in the hallways and rooms next to you, even snoring. The first night at around 2am for like 2 hours there was so much noise, as if they were fixing something, so it was impossible to sleep. The AC made a constant noise too, but since there's no windows, you either deal with the noise, or deal with the heat.
If you're looking for a quiet place, this is not it.
The bed was big but you could feel the springs from the mattress.
