Only 2 pillows for queen size bead, clogged floor drain at the cr. Low pressure shower. No secure parking. Internet limited to 8hours allocation everyday

Pros:

The bed and the room were very comfortable . Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The view of Mount Mayon from the roof is spectacular. The supermarket downstairs is useful.

Cons:

It's a little remote and the local restaurants shown on Gmaps have closed down which means eating is problematic. Staff will help you order takeaway and there are some street stalls but they are not always open.

Pros:

The staff was always very helpful to the extent that they could be given the limitations of the facilities.

Cons:

The WiFi system was awful. They give 8-hour vouchers which generally provide slow Internet service which makes it difficult to get any serious work online did. The external WiFi signals are poor. Bed was marginally comfortable and entertainment options were limited. The shower wasn't working properly, either. Charging stations very limited.

Personnel très sympathique, nous avons pu arriver avant l'heure du check-in sans que cela nous soit facturé et tout le monde était de bons conseils. La chambre était propre et avec climatisation.

Cons:

Nous sommes limités à 8h de wifi par jour et de mauvaise qualité. Pas de pression dans la douche. Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées, il y a beaucoup de bruit.

Pros:

Very convenient location if u have a car. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We had a great stay.

Cons:

Smell of cat urine on some hours of the day at the hallway and reception area. Does bnot last long naman.
