Convenient, friendly and good value
Pros:

A one night stay before flying from Heathrow. Good value, good location. Good solid breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and secure. No complaints at all.

Our stay was lovely.
Pros:

The staff are attentive, the environment is clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant. We asked to extend our check-out time by another hour and were promptly accommodated.

Cons:

The pillow is too high, but I believe this is more a matter of personal preference.

Staff make this hotel
Pros:

Staff as always were brilliant and accommodating. Due to my work I needed an early check in, this was arranged prior to my arrival with a smile and can do attitude. Great place to stay.

A comfortable stay in a charming, clean hotel with a classic style.
Pros:

I really liked the traditional, old-style character of the hotel. It had a charming atmosphere, but it was also very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and welcoming.
