Pros:

建物は古いけど部屋は広く
キッチン、レンジ、HIクッキングヒーター、湯沸かし器、洗濯機があり長期滞在には良い感じです

very nice
Pros:

Good location but little hard to find the entrance, I recommend putting a sign board or name in front for easier access.
Big room, Good bathroom and good amendities.

Cons:

The hot water stoped working after the first day, only cold water for bathing.

รอบๆสะดวก ใกล้รถไฟ JR มีร้านอาหารเปิดตอนกลางคืนเยอะ มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ

Nice stay and worth it.just no elevator
Pros:

Near to nippori station ,family mart and aeon. Easy access

Cons:

Dont have elevator.my room level 4. Too tired to carry heavy luggage going up and down

第一次遇到一進門上一個旅客的東西都留在房間，包含垃圾
到了晚上，房間依舊沒有清除，被子、上一個旅客的垃圾、地上的髒污、馬桶上的髒污都樣留著
跟他們聯絡，事情一樣沒有辦法解決，原本說要退款也沒有實現

Pros:

位置优越，离日暮里车站很近，出行很方便，楼下就是便利店也很方便。
入住也方便快捷。

Cons:

1、房间是靠道路的，且窗户窗帘透光，晚上睡觉的时候，屋里不是全黑的。
2、没有烧水壶。
3、床头因为是靠着窗户玻璃的，中间有一层窗帘，导致没有床头靠背，有时候想靠着看会书手机啊不方便。
4、没有浴帘。

the stuff throw my stuff，when I come back the stuff not even there.Inside got a lot of things,there is with the plastic.I think it's so obvious inside have something,why they do that😭😭and the bathroom don't have hot water to shower,lucky I'm live only one day

床很软，躺着很舒服。

对个子高的人不友好，里面的门框撞我脑袋好几次，我身高180，建议个子矮不受限制的来定。里面厕所的坐便也有点矮

這是一間垃圾蟑螂屋，沒有人會跟你見面服務你，服務人員都躲在電腦後不理你。

房間住301有蟑螂，照片的設備有，但是沒有插座也沒有延長線，反應了也不打算協助，我們預定了三晚，第一天遇到此狀況就離開飯店，跟商家反應不太回應、也不退費，非常不積極處理。
浪費了三天的住宿費。
