Very convenient location & central for sightseeing in Bari town
Pros:

Only stayed overnight but good location for railway station and Cruise terminal
V comfortable hotel with extremely helpful staff

Pros:

Camerele curate, bine echipate si aliniate cu pretul.

Cons:

Mi a placut foarte mult abilitatea staff ului, faptul ca au raspuns tuturor cerintelor mele suplimentare si ca au fost atenti pana si la faptul ca in timpul sejurului a fost ziua mea de nastere si mi au oferit o mica atentie din partea hotelului cu un mesaj foarte frumos.

Great location, but overall the service, amenities, and breakfast do not meet 4-star expectations.
Pros:

The hotel has a very convenient location, especially if your goal is to explore the old town. We came specifically to visit the Basilica of Saint Nicholas, and the hotel was perfectly situated for that — everything is within walking distance, allowing you to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the old town.
However, if your priority is shopping , or walking along the waterfront, you might want to choose a hotel a bit closer to the sea.
Overall, it’s an excellent choice for a cultural and spiritual trip 🙏

Cons:

What I didn’t like is that this is a 4-star hotel, and I expected better amenities. There is no hair conditioner provided, and the amount of shampoo is very small — if you have long hair or if there are two girls in the room, it’s definitely not enough. Conditioner should really be included.

Also, there is only one complimentary bottle of water in the room, even if there are three guests staying. Everything else in the minibar is paid.

I would also not recommend asking the front desk to call a taxi. It ended up being more expensive than Uber, and this was not mentioned to us. 20 euros for a 7-minute ride to the train station, which is quite overpriced. After I questioned the price, the driver agreed to reduce it to 15 euros, while Uber costs around 13 euros.

The breakfast is quite modest. The only hot options were eggs and sausages, and as a vegan, I could only eat fruit — and there were only about three types available.
