Comfortable & convenient hotel, good base to explore Tokyo
Pros:

Comfortable & convenient hotel. Near to Akihabara & Iwamotocho subway stations & just across the river from Akinhabara district. Nice communal kitchen / lounge area with free drinks. Friendly & helpful staff supported by a cute robot greeter.

Cons:

Just to note that there's no breakfast at this hotel

Pleasant and good as a base in Tokyo
Pros:

Great location, close to the station and lot of other things. Rooms was a good size and clean. Got new towels every day. Good and friendly service from the staff. They also had a fun little Halloween sort of hunt in the hotel.

Cons:

The bed was a bit too hard for me, but my husband found good.
