Great hotel, great location, great staff
Pros:

Great location, right next to the station, with access to subway and overland trains.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and a 15-minute walk gets right into the heart of Akihabara food streets.

The room was very clean with good facilities.

Staff we amazingly helpful, at check-in and check-out, ordering a taxi to go to Tokyo Station for catching the shinkansen.

The shared washing machines were very helpful after a week of travelling round.

The little robot is cute!

Cons:

Nothing really, although the 'small double bed' is very small and barely long enough for someone my height (1.90m/6'3"). Not a complaint, I just didn't realise how small it would be!

快適！
Pros:

秋葉原駅から徒歩3分〜4分という立地の良さに、部屋はコンパクトながら清潔で快適に過ごせました。宿泊者へのドリンクサービスはたくさんの種類があって7:00〜24:00までサービスされていたのも良かったです。

Cons:

良くないわけではないですが、思っていたより部屋が手狭でした。

Generally good impression, we enjoy the stay.
Pros:

Very nice place, very clean, personnel very friendly. The room for three was with sufficient size. Breakfast served across the street at another Resol hotel was excellent.

Cons:

The room for two persons was very small. Room service makes up the room every 3 day.

The cleaning schedule hotel staff informed us they will not clean every day and they would gave town and water every day but we did not expecting 3 days not clean our room at this price we pay

Pros:

櫃台員工很友善親切也很有活力，有遇到一位櫃台小姐是台灣人。飯店有小貓頭鷹機器人(忘了名字)但是非常可愛。最喜歡飯店的飲料bar區跟工作空間，非常適合遠端工作。有四間較隱密的小隔間，很適合工作或是上課學習。飲料吧有好多種飲料免費自取，還有咖啡，咖啡的品質也很不錯。離地鐵站很近，搭車去哪都很方便，下次會再來住！

Cons:

房間滿小的，放兩個大行李箱打開會放不下，很擠，不過東京大部分大小都差不多這樣，所以也只能犧牲這部分了。

Séjour d’une semaine très agréable.
Pros:
