Si è rotto l’ascensore il secondo giorni

Un véritable labyrinthe glauque pour trouver la chambre, ascenseur en panne. Pas de tables de nuit, chambre très mal disposée, vue sur un mur plein, lit trop mou et plaqué contre le mur, ce qui n’est pas pratique pour se lever la nuit..
Aucun personnel d’accueil, obligation de mettre en ligne nos documents d’identité avec une appli qui n’arrête pas de planter, Tout se termine au téléphone. On nous dit finalement OK on a tout, et le jour de notre arrivée, on ne reçoit pas les codes comme prévu, et il faut encore rappeler Numa qui nous dit qu’ils n’ont pas les documents et finissent par les retrouver !
Insonorisation inexistante, on entend tout ce sui se passe chee les voisins et dans le couloir.
Plus jamais !

I had only two small towels for my three night stay. The coffee capsules in the room were gross and didn’t taste of much. I was woken up to a message on my phone, on departure day, at 8am telling me to check out which wasn’t nice. Minimal care and attention is given to individual guests. Someone was trying to get into my room at 3am one morning, repeatedly trying the door code. It woke me up. They need a discreet physical security presence on site.

However, I found quite a lot of dust accumulated on several surfaces, such as the wardrobe, the table, and the bedside tables, which affected the overall comfort. Improving the detailed cleaning would make a big difference.

Another negative point is that after check‑out, the access code also stops working for the building entrance. This makes the luggage lockers in the hall useless, as you cannot re‑enter the building to collect your bags. It would be very practical if access to the hall could remain active after check‑out.

Overall, it was a good stay, but there is room for improvement in both cleanliness and post check‑out access management.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind unfassbar hellhörig, wir hatten noch dazu ein Zimmer direkt neben einem alten Lastenaufzug, der höllisch laut war - eigentlich eine echte Zumutung, auch andere Hotelgäste auf den Gängen hat man im Zummer gehört, selbst wenn sie nur leise geredet haben!
Zimmer werden nicht aufgebettet während des Aufenthaltes, frische Handtücher nur auf Nachfrage

Badezimmer etwas zu klein, zu wenig Frühstückwahloptionen.

When we arrived the sofa bed did not have bedding(sheets,pillow bedding) we contacted hotel using the WhatsApp and were advised at first that housekeeping were no longer on sites and this would not be resolved until the next morning. I advised that this was not acceptable and only then were relocated to a new room.
We paid for breakfast, needless to say breakfast has never arrived. After multiple messages via WhatsApps with your AI adviser we are still awaiting to hear from the guest experience team??

There was a party at the hotel until 2 am, we heard the music and were unable to sleep until 2 am. My mother in law in a different part of the hotel did not hear anything so it is probably a problem for rooms facing the inner courtyard. Really terrible experience honestly. I'd ask for a room facing the street if you're going to stay here, I for sure will never again.
Another minus is everything is automatic and very few people working on the ground, I guess this explains the low price but it just feels... soulless. Sorry for this review because the two people working there were nice but... it doesn't help the bad review.
