Comfortable, adequate, reasonable price
Pros:

We were pleased with our stay. We liked the location; there are many cafes, restaurants, and bars, and places where locals hang out. The metro and tram are very close , and it only took about 15-20 minutes to center. The room was clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary items we need. The bathroom also had shampoo and conditioner. The lack of a toothbrush, cotton pads, or slippers didn't bother us at all. I really appreciated the coffee and tea maker in the room, and the option of plant based milk. The room was a nice size, and the high ceilings were a plus. The heating was excellent. The internet was indeed as fast as advertised. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and we received frequent updates via WhatsApp. We didn't experience any problems. The work areas in the entrance hall were very useful; we held some meetings there, and we were very happy to have free coffee and tea in the kitchen. This was our first time staying at a Numa hotel, and we will definitely stay there again next time without hesitation.

Cons:

We didn't get any cleaning done in three days, but we didn't ask for it anyway

Pros:

Room was big, high ceilings, comfy beds and pillows

Cons:

There is no reception, and first day there was just 1.5 rolls of toilet paper there and we were 3 people, surely it is finished. I messaged Numa via whatsapp to recharge toilet papers in the morning and we went out but when we back in the evening no new toilet papers.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut - die Räumlichkeiten ordentlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte nur eine Art Milchglas, der L-Schnitt machte das Zimmer klein, einen Morgen war das 'Päckchen'-Frühstück (wie im Flugzeug) nicht vor der Tür und wurde erst sehr viel später nachgeliefert, der Boden war kalt und morgens um 04:00 Uhr wurde wiederholt im Innehof ein- oder ausgeladen, so dass an Schlaf kaum zu denken war. Der Kaffee aus den 'pads' war sehr dünn und geschmacklich minder.
Fast am störendsten fand ich aber, dass alles ohne menschliche Kommunikation ablief und ich quasi gezwungen war mir die Numa-App aufs Handy zu legen.

Pros:

The location was in the back court yard, so even though it is in the middle of Friedrichshain it was still quiet. The room was very large and comfortably warm even though it was very cold outside.

Cons:

In the kitchenette there were only two of everything (plates, cups, etc.), which is a bit sparse. Also compared to the size of the room the bathroom was surprisingly small.

Davvero organizzata bene, l’idea del self check-in ottima e fondamentale per chi arriva sul tardi o ha disagi di trasferimento. Riscaldamento e servizi igienici 10 su 10! Ottima struttura davvero, torneremo presto!
