Great view from the terrace
Pros:

My room was very small and dark, the terrace and breakfast place are amazing the view is spectacular. Had NY eve celebration there , it was too expensive and empty and the entrainment was 10 minutes. Food was great for breakfast and dinner also

Pros:

The facilities were very good, very good breakfast and very good inside pool. The staf was very polite and very helpful.

Cons:

The position of the hotel is a litle bitt high and is not vera easy for the taxi to arrive.

Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал, соотношение цена =качество, красивый вид на Босфор с ресторана на 5 этаже, локация в центре , можно пешком добраться , если погода позволяет. Нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера на семейный номер из двух комнат.

Cons:

Не все такси с первого раза могут доехать до отеля , особенно uber taxi.

A comfortable stay with friendly staff in a good location in the Old Town. Good value for money.
Pros:

A good location in the Old Town. The main sights are about a 10-15 minutes walk away. The area felt safe. Our room was quiet. Breakfast was served in the hotels roof-top restaurant which has a splendid view over Istanbul, the Golden Horn and the Bospherous. The breakfast choice is varied and good. The staff on Reception were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was compact but clean, quiet and comfortable and generally fine for a three night stay. We have no complaints really.

A very welcoming hotel with good service and a much-needed early check-in
Pros:

After a very bad experience at another hotel, this place felt like a breath of fresh air. We booked the room at 7:00 in the morning on the same day and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in about 4 hours earlier than the normal check-in time, which we really appreciated after a long and difficult night. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant.

Nothing significant to mention during our short stay.

Небольшой отель, приветливый персонал, шаговая доступность до метро, до причала Эминеню с Галатским мостом. 10 минут до парка Гюльхане , Айя-Софии, Голубой мечети. Большой плюс - ресторан с панорамной терассой,, замечательные завтраки. Здорово, находившись по крутым улочкам, посетить СПА ( бассейн, хамам, сауна). Отель подойдёт тем, кто любит много ходить и испытывает интерес к Османскому периоду в истории Турции.

Cons:

Не то, чтобы не понравилось, но очень удивило наличие раковины в номере. Первый раз столкнулись с таким решением. Неприятное впечатление оставил вид из окна , откровенная свалка. Мыльный массаж в хамаме вместо обещанных 30 минут, девушка из Узбекистана делала 15 минут в очень облегченной версии. Такая процедура подходит скорее, как приветственный бонус, но никак не за 3000 лир.

Un havre confortable pour 5 jours à Istanbul
Pros:

La location ,près de plusieurs monuments ,le grand marché.
Le calme, le confort de la chambre, la propreté, le petit-déjeuner avec diversité des produits locaux. La vue vers le Bosphore de la terrasse du restaurant. Le spa avec la piscine, le sauna et le hamam. La présence d'un coffre-fort dans la chambre,accessible gratuitement que nous avons utilisé par grande prudence même pour des petites sorties de la chambre.

Cons:

Lors d'une de nos visites du spa la carte-clef de notre chambre a été volée du vestiaire sécurisé( très probablement ouvert par un bagde électronique) et mon code d'accès avait été changé. Heureusement que la deuxième clef était restée dans la chambre sur le connecteur et indiquait une présence dedans sur la plaque de voyants extérieure à côté de la porte. Nos clefs étaient changés immédiatement à notre demande mais cela met un doute sur l'implication du staff dans cette affaire malhonnête.
