Schöne Lage am Alten Kurpark. Solides Hotel.
Pros:

Hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Kurpark hin. Bett war bequem. Frühstück gut. Vernünftiger Preis von EUR 10 fürs Parken direkt am Hotel.

Cons:

Leider hat es etwas lange beim Check-in gedauert. Personal mittel-freundlich. Ebenso beim Frühstück; die ersten Minuten war niemand im Service. Personalprobleme? Dennoch im Großen und Ganzen okay.

Würde wieder buchen, habe mich wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und reichhaltig. Das Brot war sehr gut :)
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, egal wann man da war.

Cons:

Ein Kopfkissenbezug hatte rote Flecken, es gab Staub an manchen Stellen.
Man konnte am Buffet der Veranstaltung nicht mit Karte zahlen.

Sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel grenzt an einen traumhaften Park. Die Rezeption ist freundlich und löst hilfsbereit Probleme. Das Restaurant fällt durch gutes Essen und ausgezeichneten, aufmerksamen Service positiv auf.

Cons:

Ich musste zu schnell wieder abreisen.

Immer wieder gern
Pros:

Ich übernachte immer wieder in diesem Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer ist stets makellos sauber und das Frühstück ist frisch und abwechslungsreich.

Der gute 1. Eindruck wurde nachhaltig eliminiert. Wir wünschen uns eine Antwort vom Management.

das Frühstück war ausgefallen gut, der Frühstücksraum ist gut aufgeteilt, ausgestattet und schallisoliert.

Cons:

Bei Buchung wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass Zimmer und Bad nicht gereinigt werden und die Handtücher nicht gewechselt werden.
Als wir zur 2.ten Übernachtung gegen 23.00 das Zimmer betraten, wollten wir vor dem Schlafen noch eine warme Dusche nehmen. Daraus wurde leider nichts.
Dadurch, dass auch die Dusche nicht gereinigt wird und nass bleibt, erscheint Schimmel in den Fugen, der in unserem Bad sehr präsent war (siehe Foto).
Kosmetiktücher waren lediglich 3 Stück im Vorratsbehälter.
Beim Aufschütteln des Kopfkissen wurde ein unappetitlicher Fleck (wohl Blutfleck) auf dem Inlett sichtbar. Mangels ausreichender Kopfunterstützung war die Nacht nicht erholsam. Das Kissen haben wir am nächsten Tag (Abreisetag) so platziert, dass es dem Reinigungspersonal auffallen muss. (siehe Foto)
Bei Abreise sprachen wir das Thema an der Rezeption an und wurden auf ein dezentes Schild am Ende des Tresen hingewiesen. Dieses haben wir bei Anreise wohl übersehen und wurden auch nicht darauf hingewiesen.
Grundsätzlich ist der Gedanke gut, eine deutliche Info bei Buchung und später auch auf dem Zimmer, halten wir für unerlässlich. Das Schimmel dadurch einen guten Nährboden hat, macht diesen Teil sehr fragwürdig.

Auf jeden Fall, wenn man beruflich dort ist, völlig ausreichend

Nettes Personallage sehr gut Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung und die Mängel erwähne ich im nächsten Punkt

Cons:

Auf den Zimmern gab es keine Kühlschränke und keine Kaffeemaschinen, habe ich aber auch andere Rezeption gesagt
