Smart stay.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage und vom 11. Stock auch eine gute Aussicht. Bad komplett ausreichend und die Küche ebenfalls.

Cons:

Das Bett ist relativ laut, schon ein umdrehen reicht und die Matratze war leider sehr durchgelegen.

Die Waschmaschine hat keine Bedienungsanleitung was es etwas schwer macht damit umzugehen.

It is an ok place for 1-2 night. For longer stay it too claustrophobic and too noisy

It is well located just a few steps away from the tube station

Cons:

One small elevator, no A/C in the lobby (gets smelly), apartment os small and basic, you can hear noise from the street even on upper floors

Muy buena ubicación, muy cómodo el departamento.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Departamento muy cómodo comparado con otros en Japón. Una estación de metro en la misma cuadra.

Cons:

Falta de cambio de toallas y elementos de cocina como vasos, cuchillos, etc. Estuvimos 5 dias con las mismas toallas. Demasiados mensajes del administrador. Con algunos otros detalles a cubrir sería una mas que excelente opción. Igualmente sigue siendo positiva la experiencia.

Pros:

Ne-a placut foarte mult ca la locatie era curat, a fost langa statia de metrou, vis-a-vis am avut un 7eleven si de la etajul 12 aveam o priveliste minunata asupra orasului.
Recomandam cu incredere.

Confortable, relaxant, propre et bien équipé
Pros:

La chambre était extrêmement propre, lits confortables, baignoire super confortable et produits de toilette et de douche, cuisine et lave-linge. C’était un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Nous avons moins aimé le fait que nous ne pouvions pas laisser nos valises avant 13h et le check-in est plus tard que la plupart des endroits . Nous sommes arrivés très tôt à Osaka et aurions aimé avoir un endroit pour laisser nos bagages.
