Friendly and polite but not very professional

Cons:

It was noisy, not particularly clean. The bar staff at the infinity pool, were not very knowledgeable about making even a Bacardi and coke and then running out of coke! Beers were not cold, when the bar had been open for 6 hrs. Breakfast was ok but cold. We asked for a packed breakfast - just fruit or some bread, as we had to leave for the airport early and they could not offer us that!

It was a great stay.
Pros:

The room was great. My girlfriend, my mom and I had a great stay. The guards are very friendly. The rooms are very clean. At first I had doubts since some reviews say that there are cockroaches. But during our stay, nothing was seen. The location of the place was also convenient since it is just a walking distance from Shopwise and a lot of fastfood stores. If ever we'll be visiting Makati, I'll be booking here again.
