Sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer ist neu gestaltet und war recht angenehm. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, was sehr schön war. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal zum Kurfürstendamm. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf die Club lounge bekommen, die in der 7. Etage liegt, dadurch hatten wir einen wunderschönen Blick über Berlin. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig.

Cons:

Das neue Ambiente vom Frühstücksraum hat mir nicht so gut gefallen, es war heute etwas bahnhofsmäßig.

Vi har nydt de 2 overnatninger til fulde. Spa massage. Spist dejlig mad forskellige steder. Været i Berlin Zoo. Det var
Pros:

Fantastisk spa. Hyggelige omgivelse. Fik den bedste massage længe.
Morgen buffé helt i top. Lidt tørt brød for min smag, men der er alt. Service perfekt. Værelse og rengøring super.
Kommer klart igen.

Cons:

Der er ikke noget jeg ikke kan lide.

Gutes Hotel mit angenehmem Charakter und kleinen "Schwächen"
Pros:

Die Lage mit entsprechender Verkehrsanbindung ist top, dennoch ist es im Hotel sehr ruhig.Hotel hat gewissen privaten Touch, sehr angenehm.
Wellness -Möglichkeit sehr angenehm, Gin-Club im Haus.

Cons:

Leider ist der Check-in wiederholt nicht so, wie erhofft. Alles sehr holprig; man muss selbst auf Nutzung des Clubs aufmerksam machen (als Mitglied!); wenn man sich da besser auskennt als das Personal, ist das nicht so angenehm!

Pros:

Von der ersten Minute fühlen wir uns im Hotel wohl. Das Personal war immer höflich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit. Das Hotel, absolut Zentral gelegen, die Zimmerausstattung, die Sauberkeit alles bestens. Der Spa-Bereich war ebenfalls sauber und kann nur empfohlen werden. Hervorzuheben ist auch auf jeden Fall das super Frühstücksangebot. Super angerichtet mit einer großen, vielfältigen Auswahl.

Cons:

Es gibt immer etwas was einem nicht gefällt, aber das wäre hier Meckern auf allerhöchsten Niveau.

Es war wieder sehr schön im Hotel. Großes Lob dem Personal beim Frühstück. Das selbe in der Lobby. Wir lassen uns überraschen, wie die Lobby beim nächsten Besuch aussieht.
