Sumptuous stay, gorgeous hotel, amazing breakfast, beautiful views, ideal location.
Pros:

Our second stay here, this time for a week. GORGEOUS breakfast. Brilliant choice of hot, cold, savoury and sweet options. Lovely latte's and even a bucks fizz! Lovely comfy room. Spacious bathroom with nice toiletries. Fresh additional towels in the evening. Great pool and had a lovely massage at the spa. Lovely gift of a small bottle of port during our stay. Just so many lovely little touches. And one of the most important things - the staff! Every single person there was helpful, welcoming, friendly and seemed to care about making sure we had a lovely stay.

Cons:

Shower gel didn't work properly - not a huge complaint for a week's stay!

The hotel is located very nicely, close to the ocean and walking path alone the shore line.
Pros:

My room was facing the ocean and marina - it was an excellent view. The bed is very comfortable, the cleaning service was excellent, the breakfast was nice. The staff was always smiling and helpful, thank you for the good memories, I definitely will return.

Cons:

The steps in the room down could be better marked, walking out of the bathroom and the steps are blending with the lower floor.

We had a beautiful weekend and were treated exceptionally by the wonderful hotel staff.
Pros:

The staff is incredible - from the luggage support at the entrance to the breakfast staff, everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming. We traveled with young kids who were greeted with little surprise snacks and a beautiful cake on top. The building itself is stunning and the old architecture used creatively for the use as a hotel. The location is perfect to explore Cascais. The breakfast offers lots of variety and the indoor pool was perfect for the rainy weekend. We'll absolutely return.

Cons:

Nothing major that bothered us only small things that could use some love and maintenance - e.g. the top shower didn't switch on in our room, the towel rack kept coming down and needs to be fixed, the lounges at the pool are to big for the space and would be better off with chairs to allow for more space and to offer more seating options.

Pros:

Місцерозташування, атмосфера старовинного замку, смачні сніданки , атмосферна таверна для вечерь, наявність басейну і саун, працівники на рецепції - 10/10

Cons:

У нас був напівлюкс на 0 поверсі, напевно через це і відсутність нормальних вікон вплинуло на те, що було трохи за волого і погано провітрювалось-запах сирості, ще і найголовніший мінус не лише цього готелю- відсутність рушникосушарок, батарей чи пристосувань для сушіння (океанічний клімат вологий, то дощ, то сонце - ми не могли після дощу просушити речі, а також купальники після басейну, який там є. На питання як це робити сказали можуть запропонувати послуги хімчистки - купальник, плавки від 10 євро) у нас сімʼя - тобто похід 1 раз в басейн від 40 євро? Не рахуючи мокрого одягу після прогулянки.. ще мінус - не поповнюють питну воду, за 3 дні при оплачених 3 дорослих у напівлюксі добровільно принесли 1 пляшку води. Приходилось ходити і просити ще після чого видали ще 2 за все перебування) через ці незначні мінуси я б оцінила готель 9/10.

Excelente escolha, momentos memoráveis.
Pros:

Hotel muito bonito, bem decorado e limpo, os quartos com bom tamanho e limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel tem um ambiente muito agradável. O café da manhã estava bem variado e de boa qualidade.

O estacionamento fica fora do prédio do hotel.
