The aircond is not cool, the place gives a scary vibe, the heaters are wayyyy too hot, the bedsheets are torn and dusted. Can't sleep at all and euwww the cleanliness are very questionable

But the washroom door was broken couldn’t close, when let know to staff at reception he contacted the housekeeping guy to check, after on there no update or no any changes we just complete the stay like that. The door main room door also cant lock from inside
