收费不便宜连基本设施都做不好

123号房，毛巾异味，热水器漏水，空调漏水，门很难开关，没有门卡开关门用钥匙，连上个电梯都要去柜台叫工作人员帮忙扫卡才能上楼很麻烦

The aircond is not cool, the place gives a scary vibe, the heaters are wayyyy too hot, the bedsheets are torn and dusted. Can't sleep at all and euwww the cleanliness are very questionable
