Overall great service! However the people who were outside when we arrived were sketchy looking.
Pros:

Staff was great, room isn’t blue like in the pictures and looked modern. Really great place.

We needed an affordable room and it was a decent stay at a very fair price compared to other hotels
Pros:

We stopped by in the morning to register and pick our room, and arrived late in the evening. All that went well. The room was nice, felt clean, was roomy enough.

Cons:

The mattress was HORRIBLE. We could actually hear and feel the springs when we changed positions. Other guests were loud outside, long into the night.

Cons:

I booked a room 6 months in advance with three beds considering my husband and I where traveling with three kids. The week of our trip we were called and told our room we rented was not available that weekend due to the city or something. Anyway no rooms were available for our nights anywhere else so we had to settle with a one bed room where they brought in a twin size coat for 5 people!! Not to mention we were not even offered a discount for the inconvenience that was caused.

Pros:

We got an upgraded renovated room, much better than we expected. It was very big with a king bed. They now have fridges / microwaves too (even though the description on Booking didn't have it).
There is a drinking water and hot water in the morning for the tea.
Stuff was very nice and welcoming. Will stay here anytime!

Pros:

My first time at a motel, I’ve had a great experience for a place to stay at overnight, no complaints about noise or room amenities. Apparently they offer coffee in the morning, though I didn’t try it. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Found some odd stains, wish the room was a bit cleaner.

Never staying here again. Probably would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car.

staff was great, room was acceptably clean

Cons:

Door was broken and didn't close without being forced. AC/heater was very old and inconsistent. I was either burning up or freezing. Beds were very uncomfortable, felt like back was being poked with springs. Shower water heat was broken. either scolding hot or freezing cold, no warm water. Someone was walking above me making noise literally 24/7. Could not sleep for multiple nights with bad bed and that. Last time i was here it was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the water was fine. Last day I was here I was woken up by a screeching car as someone was working on their car outside my door.
