An ok stay but the unhelpfulness of the staff put us off.
Pros:

The hotel is situated close to a nice beach and the main shopping street in the area.
The breakfast was good. The pool area was clean.

Cons:

The staff were very unhelpful. When asking for something, it seemed as though you were bothering them and they were not flexible about anything. The bar food is hugely overpriced and not particularly good. There were not enough lounge chairs for everyone by the pool and the staff were in no way helpful with trying to move things to accommodate people. We sat at a table because there were no loungers left and we were told “this table is for games”, despite there being no sign and it was simply an ordinary table.

Loved our Barbie boutique stay!
Pros:

Well laid out, great location, very helpful and considerate staff

Cons:

Gym was tiny, two treadmills, a bike, two kettlebells. Not a regular hotel gym!

Amazing experience
Pros:

The mattress, pillows and overall ambience in the room was excellent. Very comforting.
The reception, bar and pool area gives a nice resort type feeling to experience.

Je to prvotřídní hotel. Na místní poměry možná dražší, ale celkově levný a personál a služby jsou úžasné. Snídaně se měnila a byla bohatá.
