Last visit to Wellington
Pros:

Central Hotel, polite staff and good security..

Cons:

Not the fault of the hotel but.....
Betting shop attached to the build hence not the perfect place for it ..

Also lots of homeless rought sleepers 4 doors up with drunks shouting, very intimidating..

Late night club / party goers , singing, shouting, bad language till 5 in the morning, woke us up .. all the above leaves an unsavoury taste to our 1st and probably last trip to Wellington..
These issues are non fault of the hotel..

Good location
Pros:

The room was very large, modern and clean. It was in a great location. The breakfast buffet was good and there were lots of coffee shops close by.

Cons:

There was only one comfortable chair in the room. Would have liked 2 chairs and a small table. There was certainly room for it.
When we added an additional night onto our stay, it was over $100 more than our other nights. That felt a bit much.

Love Oaks Wellington would stay again

Oaks is always so good bed is super comfy. Staff always friendly and buffet breakfast always good.
