All credit cards, international debit cards, and PayWave will incur a 2% surcharge. New Zealand EFTPOS cards or cash do not incur any surcharge.

Due to health & safety reasons and emergency protocols, we do not allow any rooms with more than 4 guests at a time, including visitors.

Pros:

Everything was great, lovely room and position in the city. That's why we chose it.

Cons:

The room was not ready when we checked in. And we came back half an hour after the admin told us to and it still was not ready. They provided drinks vouchers as an apology. But I still missed my nap I had planned before going out for my evening.

Clean, nice and central!
Pros:

Always a great stay here! Location is great to town. If town is your only place of interest everything is a walk away.

Cons:

Carpark and spaces are very tight! Do not recommend bringing a big car-We drive an Mitsy outlander, we managed (just)

Pros:

The food was good, the layout of the place is really poor. You can not find the plates or bowls, I notice people all look around for them, Most people had to ask for the plates, It is place on the shelve in front everbody but does not look like a help your self station, that made not only me but others a bit puzzle,

Pros:

The rooms were great, had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The shower water pressure was weak
Big queue to check in, staff were really busy. We waited in line for quite somwtime. The staff could of done with more help. It was a busy Wellington weekend with a concert and other events on.

Good Hotel, Reasonably Priced and Central to Attractions
Pros:

Reasonably good sized room with comfortable bed and clean accommodation, nice bathroom with good shower and supplies. Breakfast was selection of cereals and other pastries etc along with cooked food. Location was within walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Onsite paid parking, which as some have reported a difficult, it’s tight but I’ve been in places more difficult than this. If you are reasonably confident driver you should be able to park

There were some questionable people outside the entrance area but they didn’t cause any issues. Minor thing with breakfast was no orange juice
