Pros:

Беше невероятно, много красиво, много чисто, а персонала беше изключително любезен, храната уникално вкусна. Има къде да се разходиш, спа центъра беше хубав, външния басейн и вътрешния бяха много топли. Включената закуска беше с богат избор. Въореки, че бяхме само за 2 нощувки имахме почистване и смяна на чаршафи. Просто великолепно място с много любезни и приветливи хора. Определено бихме се върнали този път за по-дълъг период.

מיקום מהמם בדיוק על הרכבל והכניסה לטרקים, שחייה בבריכה כשאני מעל צמרות העצים זו חוויה לא נורמלית, ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת, והצוות פינק את הבן שלי בחדר מלא בלונים ליום ההולדת שלו.

תשלום עבור משחק ביליארד, הפתיע אותי.
במלונות בדכ אין תשלום על מתקנים וכאן כל החדר היה התשלום
האמת מבאס.
היה נהדר אם היה אםשר לקחת אופניים לרכב באזור.

We had a perfect family stay at this hotel! The view is breathtaking. The outside pool area, surrounded by mountains and forest, is amazing. The spa is great. The restaurant is quite expensive but very good. The breathtaking is absolutely amazing. Excellent location for hiking in the area. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The shower is very small as others mentioned, didn't really bother us. There is no AC, usually not a problem in the mountains

• brak ciepłej wody…najwyraźniej hotel stawia na hartowanie organizmu;
• brak klimatyzacji
• strefa SPA czynna tylko do godziny 20:00

• mały parking wysypany żwirem
• pokój zarezerwowany jako oferujący widok na góry miał widok na rurę od kuchni…. można było dokładnie wiedzieć, co aktualnie gotuje kuchnia
• w łazience nie było ani zasłony, ani kabiny prysznicowej, więc po kąpieli cała podłoga zamieniała się w prywatny basen;
• na Booking.com podano, że odległość do monastyru Rylskiego wynosi 15 km, podczas gdy w rzeczywistości było to aż 80 km. Najwyraźniej hotel zapomniał że przez górę drogi nie ma

Pros:
