Pros:

Храната в ресторанта беше много вкусна! СПА -то беше много чисто.

Cons:

Стаята буквално гъмжеше от мравки... Налагаше се преди да обуя обувките на детето си, да ги изтупам, за да изкарам всички мравки... Също така няколко пъти се налага да махам мравки от себе си!?!;??#@
И не на последно място таванът в стаята ни се беше напукал, както и леглото се състоеше типично от няколко топ матрака.
Няма да повторим престоя със сигурност, сумата която платихме определено не отговаря на стаята в която бяхме! Ресторантът и СПА центъра може да отговарят на 4те звезди, но стаите-абсурд!

Pros:

Хотела беше чист, СПА центъра беше приятен.
Детския кът към ресторанта е малък, но достатъчен, в случай, че няма много деца.

Cons:

Имаше недоразумение във връзка с късното освобождаване, което установих в деня на тръгване.
В стаята беше изключително студено, не бяха затоплили преди нашето идване, което ни постави в ситуацията спалнята да е студена по време на целия престой. Отоплението не беше достатъчно!

Страхотно местенце!
Pros:

Всичко беше чудесно, персоналът е много усмихнат и приветлив. Двете момчета в ресторанта бяха много възпитани и отзивчиви. Имаш всякакви удобства, детският кът е супер.

Cons:

Може би това, че няма климатик в стаята и беше мноооого топло през нощта, но това е абсолютно субективно :)

Невероятно място! Страхотна локация - тишина и до гората. Прекрасна гледка. Персоналът е много любезен и усмихнат. Помислено е за децата, което прави много добро впечатление. Стаите са топли и чисти. Много удобни легла. Поддържан СПА център. Всичко, което опитахме в ресторанта, беше превъзходно. Всичко в този хотел си заслужава. Не се колебайте.

Pros:

Приветлив и отзивчив персонал. Изключителна чистота, а пък местоположението е ясно-просто чудесно. Името на хотела не е избрано случайно. Закуската беше богата на избор и ми допадна.

Cons:

Финландската сауна не работеше. В ястията от менюто имаше твърде много полуфабрикати за вкуса ми-картофено пюре от прахче, сос.

It's worth it!
Pros:

Overall everything, but few things stand out:
- how friendly was almost everyone from the personnel
- we were in the middle of the week there so it was nearly empty and it allowed us to enjoy to fully
- it's pretty child friendly place
- nature around it is just amazing - many hike trails very close

Cons:

Nothing big, just few gripes:
- the room and especially the bathroom is rather small (we were in apartment)
- maintenance could be better (you can tell it's not new hotel mostly because some stuff are neglected)
- the restaurant is a mixed bag - good service, everything made on the moment is generally good, however there is clear reliance on few frozen things, which can disappoint
