Tout s'est bien passé, je reviendrai dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain voyage à Genève.
Pros:

Bonjour, L'accueil du personnel et l'emplacement ainsi que le confort dans la chambre qui était très bien chauffée et très propre.
La personne à l'accueil nous a remis un bon de réduction de 15% pour notre prochain séjour chez eux.

Camera ampia, luoghi in comune gradevoli, staff gentile, posizione molto buona. Camera silenziosa.

Cons:

La camera era abbastanza fredda, il materasso scomodo, la tapparella rotta, il bagno piccolo. In generale tutto un po' datato. La colazione accettabile ma non molto varia. Troppo caro per ciò che offre.

I saw a drunk man on the corridor beside my room 772. He was charging his phone and had vomitted on the floor. I later learnt he came from outside the hotel. This is very disturbing for someone to come into the hotel unnoticed and upto the 5th floor. Poor security in this hotel

Pros:

The receptionist was very helpful. The location was close to the train station (2 stops by tram). Definitely not 0.7km:)

Cons:

The room was next to an equipment room or some wires. The window were hard to open and the view was terrible. The toiletseat was moving side ways. I asked for a higher floor in the booking but we were placed on the first floor.i Think there should be a partial refund.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Pros:

El hotel muy lindo y comodo. Ofrece estacionamiento (de pago) muy comodo.

Cons:

Esta ubicado muy cerca de un barrio no muy bonito, y requiere caminar bastante hasta la zona del casco historico, pero de todos modos es super seguro.
